Jag and Jordan, a formidable formation.

What on the face of it was a simple remortgage, turned out to be an absolute nightmare for them both. Very protracted, but it did not disrupt the enthusiasm shown by both Jag and Jordan right up until the bitter end with Jordan badgering Solicitors to get their act together and complete. Whilst writing this review, I am absolutely adamant I'd still be waiting to complete if it wasn't for the expeditious nature of both Jag and Jordan's work, getting a superb deal. Whilst not being able to tell me what to do as such, Jag laid the offers in such a manner that it was blatantly obvious which was the best deal to take.
Achieving £15,000 in the final remortgage value than that was anticipated, and supporting the 'lets be cheeky' and get as much as possible approach; this was music to an investor's ears.
Many complications throughout the journey that were navigated with ease, with clear instructions on how to progress through them to get the deal I needed.
Boy's take a bow. If Oasis hadn't announced their reunion, then this would have been the best thing to have happened in 2024.

Long overdue review for two unbelievable mortgage brokers. From minute one to the last signature Leigh and Jordan have been incredible, I’m sure 60% of the work they did for us wasn’t part of the deal but they go above and beyond because they really do care. You will not find people who genuinely want to help more than these. The deal they got us was perfect for our needs and we cannot thank them enough or recommend them higher, you’d be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you for everything and keep smashing it lads!

After a really bad experience with a previous mortgage broker, I was recommended MME and I have no regrets. Jag took time to understand my situation and advise on the best deal for my long term aspirations and his intuition on the market was spot on! I have used Jag for over 10 years to do all my various mortgages. My cases have never been easily placeable and that’s how I came across him originally. Since then I’ve always made sure he’s done all of them where ever he’s worked.
This remortgage was interesting as initially the lender had said it’s not something they would normally do with regards to a Flat remortgage. Jag reviewed their current policy and he had palced a similar property before so was confident that this would go ahead. It was a low rate, something that hadn’t been on the market since rates had started to increase. He managed my expectations along the way and kept me sign posted and also had a back up if the lender did say they wouldn’t do it.
However the lender offered on the mortgage and Jag secured the lower rate, as rates have gone up I was ecstatic. It also show’s he knows his criteria and I’m right in letting him look after my portfolio.
Jag’s always been great, with the addition to Jordan it’s made the process even EASIER, the name makes complete sense now. He initially got all my documents ready for Jag to review, once the application was in he followed up with the lender and updated me via e mail & phone calls. He also helped with filling the legal paperwork which I found daunting. They both work great as a team.
I’ve got another renewal coming up and they will processing this for me as well.
