Cant thank Nyk enough for the amazing service he provided me and my partner in achieving our mortgage. As first time buyers he helped us no end and was extremely thorough in explaining the process, all our options and even going the extra mile by setting us up with phone calls to assist in other aspects of the home buying process. Thank you Mortgage Bureau.

We were matched with Marek, one of the mortgage advisors. He does a combination of experience and professionalism that is very rare. As first-time buyers, he made navigating the minefields in the process a breeze and being offered a mortgage is down to him. We completely enjoyed his service, and would recommend him, and The Mortgage Bureau to any person who is in need of a professional mortgage broker.

Me and Wife are first time buyer. We started searching home 4 months back we are unable to find a good deals. We are desperate to buy House as soon as possible.
Few weeks ago we found Mortgage Bureau. Mr Wes, provided an excellent support and helped us to find good deal. We are very impressed and astonished the way he works and cleared all our doubts. Very knowledgeable about products and different lender are really helpful to us. Mr Wes dedicated towards his work made us very happy . I've had a truly positive experience working with the Mortgage Bureau. As a FTB and attempting to tackle the market myself; working with Kris Metcalfe has been fantastic. He was able to provide several options that were well suited and took the stress out of the whole experience. After a very quick turnaround on an offer, I have been left reassured that lenders are still approving mortgages. I would highly recommend using the Mortgage Bureau to all my friends and contacts. I genuinely rate this company very high! But this will be largely down to our Mortage Broker Poppy Beer. She is genuinely someone you would call the face of customer service. She was fantastic throughout. Explained every step nice and clear with us, we never felt rushed on the phone as if she had a time limit with each customer and had to follow scripts or get us off the phone. Any question wasn’t a stupid one and she kept us updated and informed. She wasn’t pushy and if she needed updates or anything from us, she was always polite and patient with us. I have to say, I’ve heard from friends and family about their experiences with mortgage brokers and it doesn’t always sound pleasant, so we really do feel lucky that we got Poppy as our adviser!

Fantastic support by Brad Poole, truly amazing throughout the whole process, kept me informed with every information, this wouldn't have been possible without him. Thankyou once again Brad 😊

It’s the worst time ever to remortgage as rates are changing almost every day. Nicholas helped us with the process to secure best rates available. Having choice of multiple lenders gives opportunity to make conscious decisions.
