Order did not arrive and Morphe does not respond!
Ordered for €130 on may 9th, and got a tracking number on the 21st saying my order is shipped. When I check the tracking number it says: Awaiting receipt, we're expecting your parcel. I haven't received anything. I've emailed three times and all three times they did not respond. I eventually got an (automated general) email saying that they are sorry bla bla and that if my issue isn't resolved I have to replay back to the email and I did. This is two weeks ago, still no word form Morphe . I also tried calling them and waited 30 minutes on the phone and eventually hang up because it's expensive to call from the Netherlands. I did not expect this off a company like Morphe, this is the first and last time I ordered here. I know there is a pandemic going on (for months now) you should think that company's know how to work around this. The worst customer service. I will try and see if I can get my money back trough Paypal.
Good delivery process, decent quality
Taking into cosideration the actual delivery conditions worldwide, I had a decent experience. I placed the order at the end of April and received them in June. Brushes are ok, they lost their shape a bit after the first wash, but they're worth their value. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
Shocked to see bad reviews
I ordered about 2 months ago and it was a very good process! I would never of thought morphe would have bad reviews as the process was smooth for me. Products are also amazing! Currently waiting on another morphe order coming through :)
Next level disappointed
I wouldnt have given even one star to them. So badly managed. The products that I purchased were on 50% off, but was charged full amount for it and 12€ for the delivery. I wrote several emails and waited so long to get through the call.. after 4 days when I finally got through over the phone. Nicola named executive was so rude and arrogant and unhelpful. And said that I was lying. And nothing can be done about my order, cancellation does not exist, I need to send the package back to them (pay again). Wow. Hats off to this great brand. I don't know where it is heading.

I would give them a zero. They sent me the Jeffree Star Conspiracy Palette with the shadows broken, I took a picture with invoice for proof and then to get my initial purchase refunded of $61.29. I had to send the product also back with tracking that cost over $ 13.00 which I am now told I will not get refunded for. So needless to say it cost me over $13.00 for Morphe to send me the Jeffree Star Conspiracy palette broken, just to look at and send back.Which mind you was a gift for someone who just fought for over a month and a half for life with Covid 19. I feel that is not fair I had to lose money and am told they cannot refund me. I would have gladly took an exchange or even the $13.00 in a gift card. So beware, you are taking a chance by ordering from them. A friend used them, yes she had no issues, but if you do get broken product , I guess they consider it your fault for trusting their company and ordering from them. Thanks for listening, I am so disappointed and upset, as mentioned above I was happy when my order went through and I thought I was getting a special gift for someone who just went through a rough time.

Ho fatto il mio ordine il 14 maggio, spedito il 22 maggio e da allora nessuna notizia. Il corriere diceva di non aver ancora ricevuto il pacco. Ho provato a mandare numerose e-mail al servizio clienti che non ha mai risposto perciò sono stata costretta a chiamare direttamente il Call center a Londra dove ho scoperto che il mio pacchetto risultava perso. Hanno fatto un nuovo ordine tramite un altro corriere e ora risulta tracciabile e sembra che stia arrivando ma non mi fido molto... comunque visto che un prodotto che avevo ordinato non era più disponibile sono già stata rimborsata. Se arriverà il mio ordine il ogni caso sarà il primo e l'ultimo. Troppo inaffidabile sopratutto il servizio clienti che ignora le e-mail.
Terrible customer service
Like others have said, I really wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from Morphe. I had always thought they were a reputable company, but a reputable company would not treat their customers with such little regard. Two palettes arrived very damaged (at least half of the eyeshadows were crumbled to pieces). I tweeted them to enquire about a replacement, but it doesn't look as though they have a social media customer service team. Emailed them instead a week ago and have recieved no response. Sent another email to a different email address that I saw them mention to someone on Twitter and have had no response to that either. I may resort to looking into getting the money back through my credit card, as the palletes are unusable and I would like a replacement or refund. Awful service and incredibly disappointed as a new customer. Will not be purchasing from Morphe again.
Ordered 6/12/20.. tracking number said it was delivered... in 5/6/20... HOW? (i never received my package)
I ordered a palette on 6/12/20 and two days later I received a "shipped" email... when i clicked on the tracking number they gave me it said the package was delivered in 5/6/20.... MAY..?? i ordered in June.. and it was delivered to a completely different address in an entirely different state... ive never seen this happen before.. almost like they gave me a tracking number for someone else's order.. ? i emailed... no response... im gonna have to call them directly and see if i can get a refund.. smh get it together Morphe
UPDATE 7/2/20: about another week later after posting this i did receive my palette thankfully and it was in perfect conditions so ill give credit where credit is due but still.. do better Morphe.
Sad to see all these bad reviews
Sad to see all these bad reviews. They made me apprehensive to purchase from morphe but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. Two orders I made 5 days apart. From order to arrival at my door was approx 2 and a half to three weeks. Everything was there and nothing came broken. I'm in NZ and ordered from the Australian morphe site. I'm a happy customer and will return.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. As everyone from here wrote, my experience is exactly the same.
I order on May 10th and my order has not arrived yet.
The most annoying fact is that THEY DO NOT ANSWER, THEY DO NOT REPLY MY EMAILS.
In the last email i told them that i want to cancel my order and get refund but i haven't heard of them yet.
Hope to get my money back.

Ho acquistato 3 prodotti il 17 maggio, consapevole del fatto che la spedizione sarebbe partita dopo 20 giorni causa Covid, in data 9 maggio ricevo una mail che dice che il mio ordine era pronto per la spedizioni e dicendomi che sarebbe arrivato non più tardi del 13 giugno. Oggi 13 giugno, ancora nulla. sconsiglio altamente.
Aggiornamento: la data di consegna stimata, dopo essere stata cambiata 6-7 volte, era prevista per oggi, 24 giugno, mentre prima per il 22, dove C’era stato un tentativo di consegna fallito. Oggi 24 giugno, ricevo un messaggio nel quale morphe dichiara che il mio ordine è stato consegnato (22 giugno, la data in cui c’era stato un tentativo di consegna fallito ) , quando in realtà da me, non è arrivato assolutamente nulla. Il servizio cliente tramite e-mail è assolutamente inutile, rispondono quando gli pare e gli conviene.
Wait until COVID-19 is over
I ordered for the first time and had an awful experience. I honestly thought Morphe was trustworthy but now I regret not reading the reviews before.
Honestly, I get it – a pandemic screws things up, but I ordered on 15 May and still haven't received it. Four out of five e-mails get absolutely no response. Their site says to wait up to 20 days for your order to be processed and to contact them if it has been more. I waited MANY days more and got no response. And then finally I got an e-mail saying that one of the palettes (which was the one I most wanted) was sold out and I'll get a refund. I wrote back telling them to cancel my whole order then and refund me, but again no response. Instead they shipped the rest of the stuff the next day.
Overall I'm immensely disappointed and at this point I'm terrified of the hassle I'm gonna have if any of the palettes arrive broken because THEY DO NOT RESPOND. They should just close their facilities if they're so swamped with everything.
Edit: Finally, after a month and a half of waiting, I received my package completely beaten up and one of the shadows was broken.

I get it, COVID-19 has been putting stress on many major companies as a whole, and they want their employees to be safe...That's perfectly fine.
However, I ordered a palette on June 1st, and the next day I received a notification that my order had been shipped...Only to see it had been delivered May 7th in Salem, Oregon...I live across the continent from there.
I sent Morphe an email three days ago, and there's nothing.
I knew I was in deep when I read all these reviews, and there's $20 I'm not getting back...I understand that isn't much, but it's still frustrating that it even happened. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Ho fatto due ordini sul sito di Morphe prima di leggere qui le recensioni e mi sono spaventata dopo averle lette, ma, siccome le cose che ho preso non erano urgenti, mi sono armata di pazienza e la situazione è questa: ho effettuato due ordini il 17/05, uno è arrivato oggi 11 giugno (circa un mese come ho letto nelle recensioni precedenti) e, tenendo conto che, come dicono loro, si prendono 20 giorni per spedire, più circa 5-6 per arrivare qui in Italia, secondo me sono abbastanza onesti, ripeto, loro dicono che ci mettono 20 giorni a processare l'ordine. Il tracking che mandano loro non funziona, io ho seguito il viaggio completo del mio pacco da parcelapp e stamattina ho letto lì che era out od delivery, ho chiamato hermes italia (che a me ha risposto subito) e mi hanno detto che sarebbe stato consegnato oggi, imballato bene e senza problemi.
Non metto il massimo delle stelle perchè sto ancora aspettando un altro pacco, che mi è stato spedito ieri (dal 17 maggio) perchè uno dei prodotti che ho ordinato era andato sold out un giorno dopo che ho effettuato l'ordine. Loro aspettano per vedere se il prodotto che hai ordinato rientra in stock (da quello che ho capito), ma dopo un mese ti mandano la mail che non rientra e inviano il pacchetto senza il prodotto sold out.. di conseguenza oltre ad inviarlo dopo un mese, mancano anche dei prodotti che al momento del mio ordine c'erano.. almeno il rimborso mi è già arrivato.. speriamo che mi arrivi anche il resto dei prodotti
