Once you get to talk to someone service is good but my experience this year and last year is it takes ages for an underwriter to ring you back.

Trackday insurance
I always use them for my trackday insurance and the process is pretty simple. Because i don't have a really expensive car and are moderately old i seem to hit their lowest price point. I paid the same price for an evening session at Brands as for a full day at the "ring.

I insured 30+ track days with MORIS
I insured 30+ track days with MORIS. They were always easy to do business with, always worked hard to get good prices for me. I finally crashed and submitted a claim. The whole claim process was friendly, fair, and timely. They gave me a very fair price for my totaled car. In summary, they are everything you could hope for from a Motorsport insurance company; I highly recommend.

Affordable, sensible and great service
Sensible, affordable and very reasonable quote- unlike other motorsport/trackday insurance companies from whom I’d received quotes, and was still reeling from their prices!
Communication also A* . Friendly and helpful personalised service from Justin, taking into account our specific needs for the track days at Milbrook. Everything necessary is covered, with a sensible and relatively low excess despite my car being over £45k- plus labour cap cost by hour better than many. This means we would and could, afford to do further track days in the future, rather than as a ‘one off’ which was what we had reluctantly concluded as a result of the quotes from the other companies. Consequently i would highly recommend Moris.

I am sorry you found it difficult to get an answer to your question but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. While we try to answer all enquiries promptly, in many instances we have to refer back to insurers for their formal approval before issuing a quotation/reply which can be somewhat compromising for ourselves.
We strive to provide quick responses to all customer enquiries and we are sorry we missed the mark. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I am sorry you found our products too expensive. Unfortunately we are caught between a rock and a hard place here due to the high risk associated to track day events. Every track day insurance company sets prices based on dozens of risk factors including your track day experience, market value of the car, and demographics. Our underwriters are making an educated guess about how likely you are to file a claim in the future and setting your price accordingly.
In our defense, we do like to believe we do have some of the lowest prices in the game. We also have some terrific discounts on multi-day policies that would definitely make it worth your while!

Good pricing and service..so far.
Pricing is very good and Justin is quite responsive on email for multi-track day or bespoke options. I've recommended him to several people and in our group of about 15 people, most use or have used him.
The proof will be in the claiming, should that ever come to pass.
I have never and hope not to have ever to claim and no one I know has either, so I cannot comment further on that.
I keep well within my limits on track and have no desire to risk my car, but it does give peace of mind if you're in a higher value car or your daily driver, should someone drive into you or be unlucky with a mechanical failure or tyre blow out etc.
I can recommend.
