Don't buy! A scam company that charges 4x. Item sold is the same as in Shein/aliexpress but they advertised as if branded. Wish i had read the reviews before buying.

Game had missing peg. They asked for photos, said they would send the peg. Nothing arrived. They asked for more photos and would not replace or refund, then refused further contact. Avoid this company!

Should have read this before I ordered. Shipping time lines are a lie and they make it look like it’s Australia and it’s not until you track it you realise it’s not. Would have request a credit card refund but my son has his heart set on it for his birthday (if it arrives). When you read the FAQs they are deliberately vague.
This surely will be a accc complaint if there are any more issues when it arrives

An adjustable golf clu b toy set $38 , exactly the same on Temu $9
A plastic aeroplane $38 , same cheap rubbish on Temu $10 and functions don't exist

I purchased a baby sleep suit in April as a birthday present for my 1 year old daughter. Upon going to use it in June being Winter, I noticed it was for a 6month old baby. I wrote an email to Morgan Minis questioning why I had been sent a 6mth sleep suit and explained my daughter was over 1 year so the product was basically useless.
I received back a generic style email reassuring me that my enquiry was important but as 30 days had passed since my purchase nothing could be done to help me.
Useless company & even worse customer service. First and last time I will use Morgan Minis.

I will never purchase from this company again. The product was faulty and damaged and when I sent photos to request a refund they blamed the installation process and only offered a 50% refund and the product ended up in the bin. Their website states they offered satisfaction guarantee and money back within 30 days which is false advertising. Never again absolute disgrace.

Communication was extremely slow, and my order was significantly delayed. The website gave the impression that the business operates within Australia, but my item was actually shipped from China, which was disappointing and not made clear upfront.

The delivery experience was even worse. The package was thrown onto the floor by the delivery driver, and the box arrived damaged as a result.

Between the poor communication, long delays, misleading shipping expectations, and damaged package, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not purchase from Morgan Minis again.

Don’t waste your money with these people. The toys are cheap Chinese rubbish & not worth the money you pay. Shipping times are also terrible. Don’t bother.

Do not buy from this company! Terrible quality, not as described. I paid $70.00 for the interactive fish tank, it's honestly worth about $5. The speaker is terrible, loud and tinny. The fish don't move.

They say they are an AU company but you'll have to send your goods back to China, with no reimbursement for shipping.

Customer service was terrible, scripted replies.
Do not buy, absolute scam.

Packaging damaged would not fully refund or replace.

Bought from Sydney but as deterrant wanted us to pay for postage to China!

It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. All emails are generated by Ai, there is absolutely no customer care. My order was sent from a Chinese factory so I am disappointed because their website looks like it was Australia owned! Cheap Chinese products are toxic. Don’t bother buying from this company!

Ordered a toy TrackFusion in lovely box with carry handle only to receive a smaller damaged box with no carry handle called Track Magnetic. Upon requesting a refund I was advised I would have to pay return postage even though it was not at all the item in my confirmation order. Sent numerous emails with photos only to receive robotic responses. Totally shafted.

I ordered a product from Morgan’s Mini Toys that was advertised as a specific item. What I received was not the product shown or described on their website. The item did not meet the advertised specifications or my reasonable expectations as a buyer.

When I raised the issue, the vendor did not offer a full refund unless I returned the product at my own expense to an overseas address in Hong Kong. This was not made clear at the time of purchase, and the business presents itself in a way that strongly suggests it is UK-based, which I later discovered is misleading.

Ultimately, the vendor offered a 30% partial refund on the condition that I keep the incorrect item. I accepted this only because the alternative was to pay costly international return shipping with tracking, which would have made a full refund uneconomical.

Do not purchase from this company. The company claims Australian but I doubt that very much. The products are cheap looking and expensive. You’ll do better elsewhere.
My goods arrived damaged and for over a month I have been chasing up to get a refund. Responses are very slow and I don’t expect a resolution at all despite sending photos of damage etc.

I can’t state loud enough .Don’t waste your money , time or sanity dealing with this incompetent and deceptive business !!!! They advertise leading the customer to believe the products are in Australia .They most definitely are not . The product I received was cheap and flimsy so much so we didn’t want to give it to our 4 year old grandson. It was way overpriced and looked like something we had bought for a fraction of the price at a cheap discount store . Despite the statement on their website claiming they offer no hassles money back guarantee they don’t respond in a timely manner and when they finally do they offer for you to keep it and give you a measly refund of a portion of what you paid . I insist no I want to send it back for a full refund . After multiple emails asking them to respond they finally do giving me the details to return it . It’s then that I find they want me to send it to an address in China for an outrageous postage cost even though they sent it from an address in Sydney for $4.95 . I refuse and want to send to the address they sent from and they tell me they won’t accept the return if I do this . Total deception from this company , they know full well no one is going to post an item back to China to re coup their money when they loose out on postage . I’ve learnt my lesson the hardest way .Don’t buy from these scammers . You can find better quality and better priced products here in Australia 100% All I can do is warn other unsuspecting potential customers please don’t get caught buying from them!

Delivered in a crushed package....broken fairy toy with wings bent and detatched. Requested refund as the delivery time was so long that I had to buy a new gift for granddaughter. Just keep asking me to send photos and then no reply. Scammers..
