Amelia has excellent attitude towards me and has motivated me to achieve my position which has now changed my life for me to financially support myself and my family including my 6 year old daughter . Liberty was great to talk to over the phone, very informative about the job, and Daryl has been great regarding the forms.

Daryl is approachable, courteous and has good responses to the queries I’ve sent his way. Ultimately, no matter the situation or outcome, it’s always a pleasure dealing with someone who takes me seriously, and still shows their human side - a sense of humour and actually entering into a conversation goes so much further than “just doing one’s job”.
