Please check before booking here MOOV rent-a-car. I rented a car from them with full insurance and paid in February 2026 for my August 2026 vacation. I checked in as they sent me by email otherwise it would cost 30 euros more with them. On 06.08.2026 when I landed at Palma airport, surprise, no one was waiting for me with the rented car. I asked left and right, no one knew about them. I finally managed after 15-20 phone calls to get in touch with an employee and after I gave him the reservation code he told me to wait at the cafe bar at the exit of the terminal as someone would come with the car. After another 2 hours of waiting they wrote to me on WhatsApp that they could not give me the car because it was brought in broken by other customers and they did not have another car. So a vacation ruined from the start and to this day I haven't even received my money back from them. I went to the police and filed a complaint and now I'm looking into the possibility of suing them to recover the money I paid 677.16 euros for renting a Kia Niro hybrid car and penalties. So think again before renting from them. And by the way, they don't have their headquarters where it says on the website. There's a lot where some cars are parked, no office, nothing else. Only lies on their website.

La misma madrugada del día que debían entregarme el coche me mandan un WhatsApp informándome de que el coche tiene una avería y no me lo entregan, dejándome tirado y sin ofrecer alternativa, esto ya dice mucho sobre la seriedad de la empresa, POR SI FUERA POCO me dicen que me harán el reembolso del cargo por la reserva, reembolso que nunca llega y que cuando solicito el comprobante no me envían. Ya esta informado mi abogado para tomar las acciones legales correspondientes. NO PERMITAN QUE LES ARRUINEN LAS VACACIONES NI SE FÍEN DE SUS RESEÑAS FALSAS. Hay muchas mejores opciones en la isla…

Todo mal. Des de la entrega hasta la devolución y encima no devuelven el dinero de la fianza. Los coches tienen Smart Tag (localizador GPS) para saber tu ubicación en todo momento lo cual no genera confianza. Mejor buscar otras alternativas.

Alquile un Seat Arona y me dieron un vehículo nuevo y con un funcionamiento excelente, el chico que nos entregó el vehículo nos trató de 10. Recomiendo esta empresa al 100 por cien si quieres alquilar moto o coche

⚠️ MUCHO CUIDADO ANTES DE ALQUILAR AQUÍ

Nuestra experiencia con Moov Rent a Car ha sido muy negativa y, después de lo ocurrido, no volveríamos a alquilar con esta empresa.

La entrega del coche se retrasó y el primer vehículo que nos ofrecieron estaba en malas condiciones. Finalmente nos cambiaron el coche por otro que presentaba numerosos arañazos y golpes. Tuvimos que desplazarnos a una gasolinera y esperar para recogerlo.

Al devolverlo, nos comunicaron que había un arañazo que supuestamente habíamos causado y nos reclamaron 269 €. Nosotros no reconocemos haber causado ese daño y, además, no se aprecia en las fotografías que hicimos al devolver el vehículo.

Hemos entregado a la empresa las fotografías y vídeos que tenemos como prueba. Sin embargo, no aceptan nuestra documentación como suficiente y tampoco nos han aportado las pruebas que hemos solicitado para demostrar que ese daño no existía antes de nuestro alquiler.

También hemos tenido problemas con la devolución de los 500 € de la fianza.

Después de leer otras experiencias negativas de clientes en Trustpilot, nos preocupa especialmente que se trate de un problema que pueda afectar también a otros usuarios. En nuestro caso, sentimos que la única manera de intentar evitar este tipo de situaciones es contratar el seguro adicional que ofrecen, ya que de lo contrario el cliente puede terminar teniendo que responder por daños no causados.

Estamos recopilando toda la documentación y valorando presentar una reclamación formal y/o denunciar la situación.

Lo que más nos preocupa es que otras personas alquilen pensando que todo irá bien y terminen en una situación parecida.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala y, personalmente, no volveríamos a contratar con Moov Rent a Car.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido muy negativa.
En primer lugar, nos entregaron un vehículo que estaba en tan mal estado que ellos mismos tuvieron que llevarnos a otra ubicación para darnos otro coche. Esto supuso un retraso de aproximadamente 1 hora y media.
El segundo vehículo también presentaba un estado muy deficiente: estaba sucio y tenía multitud de arañazos por toda la carrocería. Durante la revisión inicial, el empleado fue marcando algunos daños, pero una de las marcas no la anotó porque nos indicó que se trataba de suciedad. Confiamos en esa indicación y recogimos el vehículo. Además, realizamos un vídeo y varias fotografías para dejar constancia de su estado. Tres semanas después de entregar el vehículo y no devolvernos la franquicia, recibimos una factura desorbitada reclamándonos por un supuesto rayón precisamente en esa zona. Les remitimos el vídeo realizado el día de la recogida y una fotografía tomada el día de la devolución, en los que no se aprecia ninguna marca. Aun así, desestimaron nuestras pruebas y mantuvieron el cargo.
En definitiva, entrega muy deficiente y sorpresas que se inventan para engrosar la factura.

Nos llegaron con un coche en muy malas condiciones, nos dicen que lo cambian y nos hacen ir a otro sitio fuera del aeropuerto, nos dijeron que estaba ahí el coche limpio esperando y tardo en llegar... Llego sucio, y con muchos golpes.

Al entregar el coche, hice fotos y se ve que perfecto estado, pero ellos quieren cobrar por un golpe que no existe.

due to good google reviews (high probably self published by moov rent a car) we rented a car from them. Besides normal price for a rent, we payed 1 503 EUR deposit by picking up a car. There were some damages noticed during handover, especially on the right corner of the front bumper. By returning a car an employee spotted a minimal scratch on the other side of a front bumper. I had to take a picture of it and send via WhatsApp to their administration. They should have let me now, how they will solve it. Next three weeks I tried to start a E-mail communication, no respond. After more than three weeks they sended me an invoice for repairing "my damage" in amount of 590 EUR. I responded, that I am ready (and it would be fair) to bearing one-half of invoiced amount because of that previous damage of the same part of car . No reaction since then, futile attempts to establish a communication.

If you rent a car from them, you have to take into account, that you dont get your deposit back and instead of normal price you pay much much more (deposit included).

A FUIR!!! VOLEURS! Et habitué de cette arnaque! Ils vous inventent des dégâts sur la voiture et vous encaisse la totalité de la caution. Vous pensez faire des économies avec leurs prix attractifs et au final 5 jours nous coûtent plus de 1300€ 😡pourtant photos à l’appui! Pratiquement 1 an, j’ai fais marcher ma protection juridique mais même comme ça rien! Il faudrait que toutes les victimes se réunissent, ils sont coutumiers de ce types d’arnaques. Cette société doit fermer! Surtout ne louez pas chez eux 🙏🏻

Booked a car April 20th. Its may 26th pick up.

Had a conversation with the company on the 25th about picking up the car a day early, they confirmed the 26th at 430 was fine. An additional 20€ for pickup and drop off.

2 hours before I arrive. As I am checking in I received a text my car is not available.

Could I get the car tomorrow on the 26th. We land at 1630 at Palma airport

Thug company saying that no damages have been made, forcing us to sign with the all clear sign when delivering, and then sending an invoice for 300 euro for some made up damages 1,5 months after without any communication.

This company is scamming people for an extra earning - avoid this place at all costs.

Fantástica experiencia, el coche estaba en un estado de 10, sin defectos y como nuevo. Tanto entrega como devolución fueron rápidos y con Redpack incluye un seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia ni depósito lo que te da mucha tranquilidad. Repetiré cuando vuelva a Mallorca.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Moov Rent A Car.

First, the car handover was problematic. The employee arrived almost one hour late at night. Instead of the Skoda automatic that I had reserved and paid for, I was initially given a Mitsubishi Space Star in average condition, with the explanation that we had booked a Kia Picanto — which was not correct. The next morning (which disrupted our plans), the correct Skoda automatic was delivered.

At that point, further issues began. My credit card was declined, even though it is a standard embossed credit card that works everywhere else. Revolut payment also did not go through. As a result, I was required to pay the deposit via bank transfer.

The deposit amount was 1,375 EUR — a significant sum of money. I was clearly told that the refund would be processed within 10–20 days after returning the vehicle, and even faster because it was paid by transfer.

The vehicle was returned on time and without any damage, which was confirmed by the employee via WhatsApp. Despite this, 34 days have now passed and the deposit has still not been refunded.

I have received only brief and unclear responses suggesting that my bank details are being “forwarded between departments,” but no actual transfer has been made.

This situation is very stressful and disappointing, especially during what was supposed to be a family holiday. I strongly encourage future customers to carefully review all terms and check independent reviews before booking.

This has really nothing to do with any package and/or insurance; this is called service which you don't have experience with. Plus how can you talk about a team when you work individual. Such a joke I hope you'll find another business which suits you better. Good luck anyhow, i won't come back to you.

I can write a long story, but please rent at professional companies instead of this start-up store. Check-in AND return one hour+ waiting even when you whatsapp in advance. High deposits and high fees for full fuel to pay in advance. They advise to leave the car behind with keys in the car too?!?
