Moovick was easy to use
Moovick was easy to use, but the handyman broke items and I had to coach him through how not to break things while doing the job. Basically it went from an easy 75€ job to now I have €500+ in repairs to fix things that weren’t broken but were in the vicinity that he managed to break?!?? (ripping heaters out of the wall and making a hole in the wall).

I used Moovick to move my furniture from Wuppertal to Pforzheim. Very easy process to set your task and already in 10 mins got contacted by many service providers. Safe and reliable.
The only point for improvisation would be that the messaging in Moovick app is slow and lags alot. Otherwise it is a great app for people looking for different services.

I had booked a service provider through Moovick app. But the service provider canceled the task just 2 days before due to some personal reason. However, Moovick customer care helped me a lot and provided me a substitute quickly and got my work done timely.

The service from Moovick was absolutely wonderful. I was in need of movers on short notice, and in addition I was not able to be on site during the move. I was really hesitant to use Moovick for my move from Frankfurt to Rostock when I looked at one review on the internet. Great was my surprise with their service and professionalism. From the start, it was just a very good experience. Moovick arranged Florin to do my move. He is very helpful and a great communicator on WhatsApp, even when we changed the delivery address twice. I found the price also very good. they quoted me €1.200 to move 3m3 boxes, carpets, and paintings. Thank you, Moovick and Florin. I can strongly recommend you guys!
Ich war wirklich zögerlich, Moovick für meinen Umzug von Frankfurt nach Rostock zu nutzen, als ich mir eine Bewertung im Internet ansah. Meine Überraschung über den Service und die Professionalität war großartig. Von Anfang an war es einfach eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Moovick veranlasste Florin, meinen Umzug durchzuführen. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und ein toller Kommunikator auf WhatsApp, auch als wir die Lieferadresse zweimal geändert haben. Auch den Preis fand ich sehr gut. Sie haben mir 1.200 € für den Umzug von 3 m3 großen Kisten, Teppichen und Gemälden angeboten. Vielen Dank, Moovick und Florin. Ich kann euch wärmstens empfehlen!

I sincerely caution anyone considering Moovick for their moving needs to thoroughly read and reconsider. My experience has been marred by deception, unfulfilled promises, and disregard for customer rights. No refund for a service they cannot provide, a lot of 'small' letters in various parts of the website that you all have to read prior to paying, otherwise you risk your money, even if they cannot deliver the service because their driver cannot do that.
The level of disrespect reached a zenith when my personal addresses were disclosed publicly, a blatant violation of privacy and ethical conduct. The company’s reluctance to resolve this matter and issue a lawful refund over €99, while willingly engaging in a public dispute, raises serious questions about their business ethics and priorities. Potential customers, please be wary and vigilant.

Thank you for your review and sharing your concerns with other users. We would like to shed some light on the other side of the story. We reviewed your case and understood that you have booked a mover with wrong pickup timing from your side, due to which you were not satisfied. As you contacted us, we went out of our normal protocol and offered you an alternate driver which follow your schedule and hoped to satisfy you. However, you still insisted on cancellation of service due to which you were charged cancellation fees from the system as per our usual platform policy. After that, you wrote us an email that if we didn’t return the cancellation fees then you would post bad review everywhere. Usually, we are a very flexible company created by expats to solve moving problem of other expats and always find a way to accommodate your requirements, however, our team did not find it right to be threatened for following our own policies. It’s pretty usual that once you break a contract after committing to it, then certain cancellation charges are applied because it takes effort to arrange logistics for your move including admin costs and taxes.
Regarding the privacy policy as you are concerned about, we are basically an Internet publishing platform, where a user can post his task details as much in detail as he wants and posted task reflects the same. The task is open to all website visitors. In your case you yourself chose to mention your complete addresses. We always mention in our "Tips" section (while you post a task) to mention only street name and city due to exact privacy concerns. But since you posted your exact address yourself, so it's visible to everyone who uses Moovick platform.
Moovick holds only email and phone number of a user to pass it to the service provider so they can contact you after you book them. Other then that our team or our platform asks for no other private information unless you yourself decide to post it in your task ad.
We in general take privacy of our users with complete seriousness. Moovick boasts to be a fully transparent , expat friendly moving and handyman platform with over 150+ 5star Google reviews (and the a 4,9 rating) and we are proud and thankful of our community.
