Used this site to sell my house and was surprised how easy it was - the listing was up within minutes! We also chose to have someone come take professional photos, no issues at all.

Their valuation came in line with what I was getting from high street estate agents & it was very quick and simple to list my house.

This seems to be the cheapest way to access RightMove & Zoopla which is how I'm searching for my next house. So worth a crack to save a few grand on estate agent fees if everyone else does the same!

Based on valuation appointments at my house, I think I'd do a better job at doing the viewings myself anyway; it's not like any of them know the local area or community we live in better than me.
