The company was honest at the start
The company was honest at the start, and I was given sound advice. I wasn't able to accept the offer made, but my details will remain on their records in case they can offer a better deal. I feel I can trust this company.

Thanks for your kind words. We're really pleased to hear you felt supported and well-advised, even though things didn’t move forward this time. Your trust means a lot, and we'll be sure to keep your details on file should a more suitable option arise. Thanks again from all of us at Mooved.
Sellers were disingenuous and the Agent wasn’t professional
The agents were a bit unprofessional and not helpful.
Andrew just constantly chased my solicitor on every little thing. It was extremely unprofessional and really annoying frankly as the sale was going along swimmingly. He just added further spanners into the works and made things tense between me, my solicitor and the sellers.

Thank you for your review, we always take feedback on board, whether positive or negative.
Andrew was very efficient and managed to complete the entire transaction within 45 days. For context, the national UK average for the conveyancing process is approximately 131 days. While we never wish for any of our customers to be unhappy, most of our clients aim for a quick and smooth completion unless otherwise stated - which was not the case here - so we proceeded at full speed.
We also noted that you were keen to have the property rented out quickly, so we granted permission for you to use our photographs to help you market the property sooner.
Regarding the comments you left on another platform, describing our service as “disingenuous” and “unfair in representation of the property,” we would like to clarify that you did not inspect the property in person due to your distance from it. Our viewings were conducted via video call at your request.
Additionally, a mortgage valuation was carried out on 10 September, and we can only assume you were satisfied with the findings as you chose to proceed with the purchase.
Furthermore, following completion, you informed our team by email on 21/10/2025:
“Thanks Andrew! I was round this weekend and the house is fine.”
We have attempted to contact you by phone several times today, but have been unable to reach you. Please feel free to get in touch at your earliest convenience, we would be more than happy to discuss your concerns and work towards a resolution.
GREAT SERVICE!
Very polite man showed me around the property. Not yet got keys or mooved in yet but so far so good. Look forward to getting into the property.

Mooved has helped the sale happen
Although Mooved is not local to the property we are buying, it has been relatively easy to contact them via email, WhatsApp and phone. Richard has been the person who has helped us the most. He has been keen to progress the sale and offered clear information.

Thank you james
I got in touch with James when my house sale stalled , due to an issue at the bottom of the chain .
James was in touch weekly with myself and gave invaluable advice to myself to get the chain moving
again .
We were in contact for the best part of 2 months , no pressure , just great advice from someone more knowledgeable than I.
I finally exchanged/ completed , through traditional routes .
If the chain had collapsed i wouldn't have hesitated to have James step in.
Thank you James

A company with sincerity that excels in their work!
This company has been wonderful delivering an excellent service .The two men James and Andrew have been so helpful and personable.
Andrew has chased all manner of things up to a conclusion and kept me informed of what was happening . The amazing thing about their service to me is they were acting for the lady I was buying from yet I got information from them about progress and next steps .I honestly would recommend them for buying and selling your property . Andrew went over and above when a problem with the council's permission to erect a fence in the garden was initially refused.and the sale because of that was going to be lost!
He succeeded in persuading them that it wasn't going to be encroaching or out of character for the area and not an unrealistic request. He saved the day as the council then agreed with him! Both Andrew and James are brilliant at their jobs and have my forever gratitude .

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted the company when I was struggling to sell my property. The process was clear and transparent from the start. Andrew Hegarty has worked tirelessly to make the process stress free. Nothing was too much bother for him. He was available when I needed to discuss anything. He was always happy to help, no matter how trivial the enquiry may seem. I wish we would have used Mooved from the beginning. Would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to all my friends! Thanks again.
