I remember our earlier correspondence where you were keen to delve into Spotify SEO and had specific expectations regarding playlist targeting. I understand that the experience did not meet your expectations, which we regret.

Given the synthwave style of your track our playlist network is more limited in offering highly specialized playlists. We utilized more generic playlists where we believed your music would still resonate. Organic promotion can yield various outcomes, and while the playlists may not have been an exact match, it's unlikely that the campaign resulted in zero saves or likes. Could you please provide a screenshot to verify this?

I'd like to remind you that during the course of our email communications, we did offer a partial refund and the option to cancel the campaign when you expressed dissatisfaction. We did not receive a response to that offer.
