I had a very positive experience with Moonpreneur, and I feel it’s important to share it.From day one, their customer service team has been responsive, warm, and extremely supportive. Many great companies including Amazon do not have a number I can reach but moonpreneur has. The campaign promised a gift hamper for my child, and not only did it arrive on time, but it was beautifully packed and genuinely made my kid’s day!What stood out the most was how caring and child-focused the team is. Every interaction felt personal — they followed up proactively, ensured everything was delivered properly, and even checked in afterward to make sure my child enjoyed the workshop and surprise gift.In a world where companies often overlook customer care, Moonpreneur truly goes the extra mile.No false promises. No delays. Just professional service, transparency, and genuine love for kids’ learning.

Moonpreneur has been a very good experience for my 9 year oldie. The quality of teaching is good in tersm of — engaging, interactive, and perfectly designed for young learners. The instructors truly know how to make robotics and coding fun while building real skills. My child comes out of every session more confident, creative, and excited to learn more. Highly recommended for parents who want meaningful, high-quality STEM education!

Worst customer service- campaign promised to deliver a gift hamper to my kid but never sent it. FALSE promises made hurting kids emotionally. I already reached out to support team multiple times and they failed horribly to address the problem.

My son Oliver has benefited enormously from the moonpreneur courses. In 10 months he has become a competent and confident coder, harware hacker and problem solver. To acheive that at age 8 is remarkable. Thank you Moonpreneur for this amazing opportunity.

My kid enjoys the syllabus that is laid out for their ages.

The content of the robotics class is good and innovation. I appreciated their step by step approach. I do love the show and tell aspect. It motivated children to be creative, apply what they have learnt and sharpen their presentation skills. I have given 4 stars because I feel Moonpreneur does need to work on their parent communication skills. There needs to be a better system for updating children's information, whether they have paid, how many classes are left, if a class is cancelled. I think this information should be available easily on the log in student website. Moonpreneur did not have the correct email address for 2 of my 3 kids and I had no idea what was happening.

We liked that they took the time to show us the learning path and the resources that were included.In general, it's a great way to find out if your child is interested in robotics and technology. Moonpreneur offers families a meaningful and structured way to encourage curiosity and innovation.

This looks like a great free workshop and indeed we did fall for the marketing and signed up for our children. However on reading the further literature and the reviews by actual attendees we were quite disappointed to learn that this is in fact a sales pitch to get you to sign up for a £145 per month subscription using your children as the pester power (by giving them a free gift initially then taking them away when the adult refuses to sign up).

We were also concerned about the fact that the parents are separated from the children and taken into a separate room for the sales pitch. There is a safeguarding issue here.

There is no ability to cancel your place either so beware when signing up. It is often worth noting that some venues have no knowledge that their name and location are being used by this company.

My son has been on Moonprenur robotics program since 2 years and we have seen great progress on his learning for Coding. Program and teachers are very professional and diligent to teach with small groups so kids have great time learning and growing together. He is now enjoying Python programming with practical applications post his Bit coding so we kept him. Also customer support is very professional and prompt based on USA time zone. They offer free power skill sessions monthly which is great addition with coding to learn soft skills. I strongly recommend for all ages after 5 years or older.

Moonpreneur offers an amazing introduction to robotics and STEM for kids! My child loved exploring coding and robotics concepts in a hands-on way. It’s a great program for sparking curiosity and confidence in young learners.

went to the in person robotics sessions and it turned out to be sales pitch - cringe when the presenter said she does marketing and she will even show us how to cancel when you sign up for 12 months and walked around the room with £19 freebee box if you show her the sign up email; which cost is £149 a month but the fact they gave us only 60 minutes to take there offer was one step above the call centre scammers, holding us almost prisoner in front of children, whilst I was listening to the sales pitch the kids where sat in the room, I felt sorry for us all having to be put on the spot and made to be held to ransom, I told my child to not listen to this bit and ignore that part, I mean robotics electronics is good, but while they were blabbing I checked Amazon and other websites and saw robotics kit they are selling online with the same dash board to learn. god only knows if these people are dbs checked and who in the right mind would let there child have online sessions with an unknown person who sounded like a call centre scammer,

The Moonpreneur session was able to impress my 11 year old daughter! The teachers were patient, interesting, and really knew how to make learning fun. They taught kids about coding and robotics in a way that kept them all interested the whole time. I liked how they made the next steps clear and gave me great resources for learning more. It's hard to find a program that combines creativity, technology, and building confidence so well. I highly recommend it to any parent who wants to get their child interested in STEM!

Joined the Moonpreneur Workshop - The kids enjoyed working independently on their own computers and learning basic programming through a short tutorial delivered to them. The instructors explained the subscription plans in detail and even gave the children a STEM toy as a fun takeaway for those who joined the program. It was an informative session that highlighted what the full course offers — a good glimpse for parents considering a long-term STEM program.

FREE ROBOTICS WORKSHOP =SALES PITCH

The children were seated at small desks with their own computers from home. There was a short tutorial using a bit of programming software to do a basic activity. Other than this, there was no access to actual robots or anything particularly interesting. They then were bored senseless while over an hour of sales spiel was repeated regarding subscribing to the courses. A hard sales tactic was applied by handing the children an exciting STEM toy which they could only keep if the subscription was paid prior to leaving the room. I would strongly urge parents to use a temporary card if signing up to the discounted trial as it seems the company will continue taking payments after attempts to cancel (read other reviews). Fully expected a bit of pressure to join after the free demo, but this was awfully over the top and didnt give the kids a chance to do anything particularly good in the time. Dont waste a journey or two hours of your life.

I had tried couple of different places to help my kid explore STEM areas but none worked. In fact, he started hating coding and math. I came across Moonpreneur on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I promised my kid that he just needs to try once and if it doesn’t work, he can quit. To my pleasant surprise, he not only liked it but actually started looking forward to classes and doing homework. We are now in the second year of the program thanks to their fantastic instructors that keep the students involved and interested. Their operations team is also very supportive. All in all, it has been a great experience and I strongly feel that value of the program far exceeds their pricing point!

My son enjoying both Robotics and math class. We wanted him to learn python programming and he is learning well. One thing which can be improve is teacher has to type little slow so that all student can catch up.

It's a great exposure to my kid and nice opportunity

My daughter is 11 years old now, She started with Moonpreneur since she was 10 years old. In this one year, she had learn how to code and making project. She was taught of coding, making project, show and tell, class participation and actively attending class every week. The price is very great since I pay around $1,200 per the whole year class. If she can take 1.5 hrs a week on learning, I am all-in. It’s better than she being on her phone playing game all day and not learning anything. I also think her project is great and she is learning how to develop her idea as critical thinking while working on the robotic class project. I will continue to have her taking this robotic class and may look into different classes after she is done with it. Thank You Moonpreneur!!!
