I enrolled my daughter in a trial class for Robotics and Advanced Math with Moonpreneur and paid $19 for the trial. During the signup, I entered my card details only for the trial session.

Unfortunately, the trial class did not meet our expectations, and we decided not to continue. However, without my permission or any clear authorization, $199 was charged as a monthly fee.

There was no clear or easy way provided to disable auto-payment. I immediately raised a cancellation request online and asked for a refund since my child did not attend any classes beyond the trial.

Since then, I have been continuously following up via email and calling the provided contact number, but I have received no response.

This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious, especially regarding payment authorization and auto-renewal policies.

Children become interested in STEM and projects.
Teachers are described as engaging and supportive.
Kids build projects and present them.

My daughter Risha has been learning Robotics for 6 months from Moonprenuer..They have very awesome teachers..Teachers teach so amazingly they has created interest for robotics to my daughter..

No follow ups from Teachers on the assignments or learning targets. They don't seem to care if the kid is learning or not. Never seen any feedback on assignments how well the kid has done and how to improve it. The Sales guys will call just before the renewal is round the corner.

My Child has been learning with you for over a year now, and just started the 2nd level. He absolutely loves it and it really has helped with his confidence and ability to try things that are out of his comfort zone.

Aarohi had a great learning experience with moonpreneur. The teachers are amazing and Aarohi had a deeper understanding of the topics covered by getting involved in the activities online.

I like the classes because they are always teaching me new stuff and they have games.

My son was able to explore his true creative self and make some interesting projects while using things from his favorite game, Minecraft.

Fun and educational experience for kids. Good instructors and homework. They send timely feedback to parents about kids participation and performance. It’s more affordable too than in-person classes. It’s not as advanced as RSM but a little above par to the curriculum for the grade.

My son Lewis has progressed so much since joining Moonprenur. His math skills have definitely reached another level. He can solve problems with no hesitation.

Great portal, they always follow up, my kid is very happy and excited

I recommend for moonepuer because the teacher is really kind and helpful and it’s so fun when I am doing the code and so exiting to see the output.So give this 5 stars.

So many different ways they showed us their genuine and wholesome effort in making our son's learning experience a truly worthy one.

Several emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointing. Moonpreneur does not encourage family time as there are no holiday break for children to spend time with family as the expectation is for students to attend classes during the holiday season. Also, when the holiday falls on a class day, there is no make-up class. If your child misses a class, the expectation that children should watch the recording. Imagine, adults missing a Zoom meeting and still don't want the recording. Yet, CHILDREN are encouraged to do so. Cognitive overload is encouraged. Also, I want to highlight that for the Power Skills session, there are no make up sessions when classes are not held due to a holiday. For example, New Year's Day. It would be good to prioritize family class and have live make up sessions. Also, some teachers are not welcoming and clearly shows favouritism. I have complained about this and will continue to do so.

Aditya has been with Moonpreneur for over a year and truly enjoys his sessions with Aniket. The assignments and doubt‑clearing sessions help reinforce classroom learning, and the instructors are consistently patient and supportive with the students. Overall, it has been a wonderful learning experience for us, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Moonpreneur—thank you for creating such a positive and enriching journey for our child.

Tharun really loves the program. His instructor is really good with teaching the concepts. He likes learning how to build and program robots.

So far going very well. Would like to see more practical insight given to students to explore. More kind of projects done to understand practical aspects and feel their efforts. Thanks!

Good content! But slow paced and not catching up with school syllabus which don’t help in school tests
