I am absolutely fuming! My order was LOST! Absolutely no contact has been made and I received this stupid rating email to ask how you did and if they liked their purchase! What a joke! Ordered this on 11/12 and was advised would be delivered around 13/12! I am so upset and concerned this will now be delayed yet again! As I had to reach out to the support to get this resolved so they are now re-processing but we’ll see if it actually manages to get to me this time! Absolute joke!! So angry and upset with MoonPig!!!!! Refused a refund yet absolutely pointless if I now recurve this after the holidays!

Card never arrived even after Christmas even though stated on the website guaranteed Xmas delivery
I paid for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Despite this, I am still waiting for delivery. I appreciate that union action by Royal Mail is outside of the control of Moonpig, however in such circumstances, they should not be advertising deliveries of their products as guaranteed before Christmas if such promises cannot be honoured.

Despite paying for tracked delivery I still haven’t received any of the cards ordered. Therefore a complete waste of money! I tried to contact Moonpig and was 859 in the queue!

I still haven’t received this. Ordered 16th December and it’s for Christmas so no point now.

Has still not arrived. Was ordered days before my partner ordered hers. Hers has arrived and mine still hasn’t.
