The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 11pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

Very poor quality, delivered 23rd April as requested, dead by26th. very disappointing as were for my wife's birthday. Will order from somewhere else in future.

This bouquet of roses started looking dead within 24 hours. Quality was shocking and certainly wouldn’t be a repeat purchase.

The flowers in the bouquet look old,and droopy. Definitely not fresh flowers 😕

The amount and quality for price was very poor, they were all half dead. Really like Moonpig but won't purchase again.
