The packaging was damaged, (we were out) the flowers were placed in water 45 minutes after delivery. The flowers were wilted and many dead the following morning…

Beautiful bouquet
The wrong bouquet of flowers were sent to my Mother, not the Laura Ashley as ordered. The paid delivery was also considerably later than mentioned, and no card was as attached, also ordered well in advance. Have raised a case with support desk but no responses to date

Mum loved her flowers but they were expensive. In addition I paid for premium delivery and they were in transit with DPD for 48 Hours, 24 jours late.. Poor
This was supposed to be a nice suprise for my mum on mothers day. I live in Australia so I used Moonpig as you were recomended. Unfortunately some of the greenery in the arrangement was already dead and some of the roses were well past their best. As a result, I will be very reluctant to use moonpig again for flower gifts. I will use an online local florist instead. As tje bouquet was advertised as Laura Askley, I expected a high quality product. A dissapointing experience. 😞
