Like every Hotel Chocolat’s recipe, each chocolate is made with 100% Engaged Ethics cacao, and according to their ‘more cacao, less sugar’ mantra.

Ingredients: cocoa solids (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), sugar, full cream MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, freeze dried raspberry powder (2.5%), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), flavourings, acidity regulator (citric acid), butter oil (from MILK), natural colours (carotene, paprika extract).
