I ordered a cinema date for 2 on a Friday evening and the card/voucher arrived by lunch time next day. I was super impressed . This is the second time I have ordered the evening before and had the promised next day delivery by Royal Mail arrive on time. Very happy

Unfortunately due to a technical error the voucher was cancelled by Moonpig and not delivered in time for Christmas. I don't understand how the error could not be rectified by your team and reissued as per the order. I had to restart the order from scratch. Very disappointing

Never turned up for my nanna and grandad ended up speaking too moon pig team told them that parcel was ment too be with my nanna and grandad for the 27th I wanted until 31st of December it still didnt turn up so I contacted moonpig and they help me and explained and refunded my money
