Our first mug unfortunately broke without any liquid in it, the handle broke off. We hope the replacement mug does not break the same way. The mug itself is pretty heavy and the handle could be chunkier to hold the weight. I contacted Moonpig and they resolved the issues so easily and sent us a replacement. Excellent customer service!
Product exceeded expectations and great value for money!
The pictures were all just dark not impressed I’m use funky pigeon next time as I’ve used them before
Pictures came in dark and slightly blurry. Perhaps that’s what happens when the pictures are transferred across. Still, unexpected for the customer
Brilliant service, arrived early, quality product which my Dad loved
excellent! good quality, fab service and fast turn around
