Would leave no stars if I could. Ordered a tablecloth and received a completely different one in the wrong size and they won’t even refund me because I’m not paying for shipping back to China when the it’ll cost more to mail that what I even paid for. Also it’s the flimsiest poorest quality material from the cheapest factory available absolute crooks. Do not buy!!!
I placed an order after reading through their shipping policy which to say the least is a bit worrisome with the current tariffs that have gone into place. I decided I was ok with their policies and decided to go ahead and order. Right away the company decided that only I have to follow their policies by taking over 7 business days to process my order even though it states they will take a maximum of 5. They also state that if any exceptions happen they would email me right away. Not only did I not get an email as to why it was taking longer, they responded to my cancellation request due to them breaking their own policy and they rushed, well took 14 extra hours, to print a shipping label and try to force me to accept their blatant breaking of their own policies. Now I have to deal with fighting this charge when they easily could have cancelled my order and just apologized for the inconvenience. While their products look nice and fit a niche market I would avoid them, especially now that they are essentially putting all the risk on the buyer.

Jeff, you were right to be frustrated. We set a processing window and missed it, and we should have emailed you the moment we knew. Pushing a label through after you had already asked to cancel made it worse.
We have since rewritten our shipping and refund policies to be specific instead of vague. Processing times are now stated by item type: 2-6 business days for made-to-order pieces, up to 5 for curated stock. On cancellations we will be straight with you rather than promise more than we can do: the published window is 6 hours, but if your order has not yet been released to the studio we will always cancel it. And if a parcel has not reached you within 60 days of shipping, we refund in full, with no restocking fee and nothing for you to prove.
If that charge was never resolved, email support@moonchildworld.com with your order number and we will sort it out directly rather than leaving you to fight your bank.
Junk. Absolute waste of money. Ordered a Celtic tree of life sun catcher. Beautiful in advertisement. Sent me an undersized plastic piece of junk. No where did it say this “small business” ships from China, but on looking at mail tracking that’s where it shipped from. Junk

Maureen, this is a fair complaint. A suncatcher that arrives smaller and in a different material than the photo suggested is our failure to describe it, not your misreading. Many of our product descriptions are still generic across a whole category, which is exactly how this happens, and we are working through them.
On origin: we ship from a mix of partners, including overseas, and you should not have had to learn that from a tracking number. Our shipping policy now says so plainly, including why an order can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.
Our refund policy now covers precisely your situation - an item materially different from what we showed. One email with a photo is enough, you choose refund or replacement, and in most cases you keep the item rather than paying to ship it back. Email support@moonchildworld.com with your order number and we will refund this one, however long ago it was.
I never received my blanket…i waited a week and nobody got back to me about my refund. I feel i have been scammed by this company! Mind you ive been dealing with this for over a month now going back and forth with support. The way I received their services was messy and unprofessional.

Carissa, an order that never arrived should never have taken a month of back-and-forth. Whatever happened to the blanket in transit, the refund was ours to make quickly and we did not make it.
That is now written into our policy rather than left to whoever answers the email: if a parcel has not reached you within 60 days of being shipped, we refund your order in full. No argument, no restocking fee, and you do not need to prove anything beyond it not having arrived. Parcels marked delivered but missing have their own defined process too.

Item received was not as pictured. The wooden calendar has typographical errors, and the print was uneven. The company is ignoring my (multiple) emails. I won't do business with them again. I wish there was an area here to post a picture of what they say it looks like, and what i got. Buyer beware.

Roxanne, a wooden calendar with typos and uneven printing should never have left the production line, and ignoring your follow-up emails turned a fixable problem into a lost customer. Both of those are on us.
Our refund policy now covers misprinted, misspelled and not-as-pictured items directly: you have 30 days from delivery, one email with a photo starts it, and you choose refund or replacement. In most cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item. Where a return is genuinely needed on a faulty or incorrect item, we pay the return shipping, not you. We answer within 1-2 business days.
If you still have that calendar, email support@moonchildworld.com with a photo and your order number and we will refund it.
