No prescription still after a week
I have waited a week for my medication, despite having my 6month appointment on monday it is now Friday and there is still no prescription on the portal. It doesn't take 5 days to send a prescription. I have been left with no medication for 3 days now. Everyone keeps saying they will get back to me. I have replaced my nhs meds with this and have been brilliant for the last six months until 3 days ago when I run out. Now im unmedicated, in a state health wise, and there is still no solution. Alternaleaf deny my prescription had been lost. I cant get anywhere with anyone. You cant proved meds to patients then when something goes wrong leave them without!! What am I supposed to do? A GP wouldn't leave a heart patient without medication so why does alternaleaf think its ok to do this??

I’m so glad that I picked this company to start my journey with the natural herb Medical Cannabis. I’ve been with Alternaleaf since the 30/12/2024 to help me with managing my fibromyalgia illness plus some other ailments along the way. From the start of joining this wonderful friendly and knowledgeable company I knew that it was the right choice for me. I started with what my specialists said would help me along this path and it then helping me to get my pain better managed. I have had several quarterly reviews with their pharmacists and they have all been wonderful to me and whenever I felt it was time for my dose to be increased i was never told no that I couldn’t get a increase and they happily increased it to what I asked for. It’s never any trouble if you want to know anything and knowing that they not far away from me if I need to get in touch with them about anything. I’m very happy to be with your company. Great variety of products and great value for money.

Poor customer journey
They keep sending out emails saying that if you put in a repeat prescription before 8am that you can make the order / purchase the same day for next day delivery. This is the just chattin poop as this process does not work leavin patients without medication - if thinking about joining I’d recommend you find another clinic that delivers on there promise’s.

Are we not allowed to order from another pharmacy?!
Seamless customer experience - when buying Montu products. Montu’s team have been great in this regarding.
But…. If you want to order a product from another pharmacy (which is not uncommon, if Montu don’t have the item in stock - and is allowed), Montu can’t get it right:
- Prescriptions not sent
- Or sent with errors
- Or not sent at all
I hope team Montu can put a process in place or patients will change pharmacy.

Have used this pharmacy for over 6…
Have used this pharmacy for over 6 months. I have always received my medication within 4/5 days as was waiting for prescription to be written and sent to pharmacy. The last few months I have been getting my medication delivered the next day after putting my request in and prescription written the same day sent to pharmacy. This new quicker service is amazing and I'm great full that u have made the whole ordering and delivery process so much easier.I have never had a prescription that has not been fulfilled or out of stock as this quicker service has made it better. Many thanks.

So im regrettably having write a crappy review i bought a faulty mighty vaporizer from montu pharmacy usaly obviously wasn't expecting expecting it to be faulty but here I am its faulty doesn't heat up properly my medication get from is absolutely amazing unlike the faulty mighty vaporizer so this this time it s bad review the mighty was bought for as a early Christmas present and now im left not being able to take my medication as the mighty vaporizer is faulty

Fast officiant company you can trust
Really easy to deal with and dealt with my prescription very quickly and efficiently, good amount of stock to pick from and also have to say their customer service has been amazing when I contacted them very friendly, polite and helpful, thank you so much you have made a positive difference to my life :)

Quarterly reviews cause delays
Quarterly reviews cause delays. Every time you have a quarterly review, keep in mind that they will likely mess up your order and cause delays - first one, my prescription just didn't exist, the second time, the pharmacy are leaving it multiple days before even letting you order it. Combined with the timings on the review meetings, you'll likely go 2 months without any repeat prescription. Super unprofessional customer service, could use a spell check and the doctors seem to be as informative as a chat with any guy off the street.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, over 24hrs late on delivering my prescription (still not come), can't get answers from them on whats going on, out right refusing to give me a refund, out right refusing to give me any sort off time scale, promised phone calls that never happen, staff when they can't answer your questions just decide to put the phone down on you and just all together a very terrible service. I would definitely avoid this company and try get your prescription threw somebody else because this lot will do nothing but stress you out and steal your money from you!!!!!!! Please please please avoid!

Excellent level of care and a wide…
Excellent level of care and a wide variety of strains on offer.
Appointments with the doctor are informative, she is very knowledgeable.
The bud is excellent whichever strain you choose. Even tho' most are irradiated, they retain their terpenes and have a wonderful aroma.
Under the microscope however the structure of the trichomes is difficult to identify.
Also none of the strains have been fully cured. The bud requires the patient to break up the nugs and expose to the air for a few hours or so in order to complete the cure. They vape gorgeous then!
(I roast my own coffee beans and likewise lay them on a tray afterwards to cool and be exposed to the air for up to a day before bagging them, then leaving the bags open for a few days, same idea)
These two observations, trichome identification and need for a little extra cure, are probably common to products from all cultivators who are doing an incredible job otherwise. Bravo!
So a big thank you to Montu for the quality of their service!

Legality
So the staff and the medication is spot on but the legality side of it isn’t explained properly. It’s only worth it if you like to vape your cannabis but if you prefer to take it other ways it’s still illegal. So it’s not really legal unfortunately. Other countries that have legalised cannabis there are no restrictions on how you take your medication.

An excellent provider that is attentive and consistent
I have been using Montu for a few months now and I must say the service I have received has been consistently excellent. They are a high quality, professional provider. My experience has not been without issues - but the few issues I have had were handled excellently and fully resolved in a timely manner. The world of UK Medical Cannabis products is very new, especially with it getting so popular so quickly - there are going to be issues but as long as they are handled properly, like Montu does, it’s never a problem. Montu are very happy to help, and provide a consistently high end service. Thank you guys, keep it up!

Failed at every step.
Firstly, my initial deliveries were a mess. One medication took six separate trips to the out-of-town delivery office. The company didn’t care; instead of helping, they wanted me to waste even more time filling out a form. By then I’d already spent about four hours trying to collect medication that was already several days late.
I’ve repeatedly missed the cut-off because they don’t send any email notification when a prescription is ready to pay for. That means even more days lost.
Today I found a list of medications that weren’t even mine sitting in my checkout. Because of a shortage, I tried to check out one quarter of what they’d assigned to me. They took the payment and only afterwards said they couldn’t fulfil the order. They managed to do this in one of the worst weeks I’ve had in years, making an already brutal day significantly worse.
Adding to that, after reading about the flower they’d incorrectly allocated to me, I was genuinely excited to try them. That’s impossible now, because one of them is marked “No new requests.” Thanks, Montu. Even worse, the staff member actually suggested I ask my clinic to issue another prescription for them.
All I received was a verbal shrug. They refused to escalate it to a manager.
I’m now further inconvenienced because I don’t have the funds to pay for my actual prescription until the refund arrives.
They also delayed me checking in with my surgery. Even though my doctor had already signed my prescription, they decided to double-check him, causing yet another pointless delay. He is a trained clinician, fully qualified to make these decisions, and he made them based on my allowance and what I’d already had that month. It was pedantic nonsense on top of nonsense.
Failed by Montu at every step. Their poor score is no surprise. Don’t mistake a slick logo for quality or reliability.
Just another cowboy setup in a poorly regulated industry.
Almost impossible to get via phone and email replies have been slow, of received at al.
And to think they were originally my nominated pharmacy at my clinic.

Terrible refused a refund on dry over…
Terrible refused a refund on dry over cured harsh flavourless crap is supposed to be medince but no it's not anything.beware of sundaze modified grape and curo black cherry punch which smells like sherry vinegar edit: Update 21.11. I am very happy I was in with the pharmacist and had new medication all within 2weeks as it was my first review.aldo the range has increased which is fantastic and I'll think this has gone immensely well on my new order
