This company is a scam
This company is a scam. If you wont threaten them that you’ll dispute tye charge with your credit card company they wont ship your order & once you received the item, it’s just a cheap rubber strap from china which cost around $10. Stay away from this company!! NEVER ORDER!!

Very disappointed in delivery and…
Very disappointed in delivery and quality. I ordered a custom olive green shell cordovan strap July 31st. I was told 3-4 business weeks plus 2-3 day delivery. It arrived October 16. 11 weeks. 3 to 4 times longer than anticipated. Upon inspection, the color of the leather was closer to brown, did not match the matching stitching, nor the matching edging, nor the photo on the website.

Good strap
Shipping time is a little slow about 2 weeks. The actual strap is outstanding, but the clasp is just ok . I found a factory Tudor clasp used online to put with the strap and works great. I initially was going to return in and wasn’t happy with the cost to ship it back. Monstrap reached out and offered a solution that worked.

Dear Kurt Sampson from Forest Ranch CA, you placed an order on the 21st September and chose USPS as the delivery option. Parcel was delivered on the 3rd October (USPS tracking number: 420959429214490416420903272982). This is within the quoted time frame on our website which states clearly 2 business days for packing and processing and 6-8 working days for parcel transit using the USPS mail option.
Furthermore, you sent an email requesting for order cancellation 4 days after order was placed and we told you that we cannot cancel the order as parcel was already on its way to you.
Now that you have received the parcel, you sent an email asking for a return and yet no mention of strap clasp quality issue. We provided you with our return address in Singapore where we are based and your choice was to go on and smear us by spreading false information about quality as well as return address in China (we are based in Singapore)
This is clearly an instance of a remorse buy and even that using USPS international airmail the return shipping back to Singapore is approx 20 USD not 50 dollars.

Superior quality and attention to detail
I’ve always been very impressed with Monstraps. I own their Saffiano and Rally straps and the quality of both are outstanding. They’re incredibly comfortable as well. I’ve owned straps from other companies and the fit and finish of my straps from Monstraps are on another level. Whenever I’ve had questions over email they’ve always responded within 24 hours. I’ve also found their stated shipping times to be accurate. I will continue to support Monstraps and I look forward to my next purchase with them!

A quality strap makes a difference
I've purchased 4 straps in the last 2 years. Each piece usually arrives with in a months time. Also, considering the travel time between Singapore to the U.S. (Los Angeles), delays can be expected. However, the quality of each strap is very nice. From the epsom and suede variations. I'm definitely a fan.

fantastic quality terrible shipping
The bracelet itself is o fantastic quality and fit, but shipping is absolutely terrible. It takes almost 4 weeks to arrive.

Dear Bogdan, thank you for your feedback. We are actively exploring more economical shipping options for customers in East Europe. The current airmail (postal service) option transit timings can vary and we offer Fedex/UPS for faster delivery (more costly though).
Great customer support!
When I had a problem with the strap I ordered, the Monstraps team worked to find out what the issue was and ultimately made things right by sending a replacement. I would definitely buy Monstraps again.

Good quality strap…
The quality of the strap is really good, the finishing is really good. I got strap for citizen tsyousa 36 and they actually one of the rare manfcturers.
Only one concern was the courrier and delivery it took a bit longer than expected and they were genrous refunding the shipment fees, and they were keen to check on me being happy about the strap.

As per our email communication, the initial parcel sent to you was lost in transit and a second parcel was sent your way on the 20th September after it was confirmed as lost by the shipping company. The parcel has since arrived on the 30th September one day after you left us the review.

Excellent quality strap at a fraction of the price
I’m extremely happy with this Monstraps FKM rubber strap for my Omega Seamaster Diver 300M. The fit is excellent and it feels like the genuinely high-quality OEM strap from Omega (which I own), rather than an alternative. This is my second order, the orange strap which looks fantastic against the blue dial (I also purchased a white strap for summer) and gives the watch a completely different personality.
I’ve purchased several high-end rubber straps before, and I honestly think the quality of this Monstraps strap is right there with them. The fit, finish, flexibility and overall feel are excellent, especially considering the price.
The model-specific design also makes a big difference because it fits the Seamaster properly rather than looking like a generic aftermarket strap. Overall, this is an excellent value and I would absolutely purchase from Monstraps again.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. Do not purchase a watch strap from this company. It will take forever and will not be what you ordered. If you order a “custom alligator strap” they will send you a poor quality regular leather one, and then not respond at all when you call them on it. Stick to Delugs and other reputable sellers.
