I was very satisfied with Monimoto i have the 9, and after a moth of 8 the device had difficulty with charging ! Reach out to the customer service and after trying different things , they send a a new device under warranty, transferred the remaining time of the sim so i can in peace leave my bike knowing he is traceable . I am very satisfied with the device, and even more with the professionalism of the customer service ! one big shout out to the team !!!!

The set up was a bit bumpy, but after that the tracker works really well and gives me peace of mind.

Replacing my lost key fob was extremely easy and quick. Hooking the new fob into the loop was relatively painless once I read instructions. As a footnote, I am still very happy with the M9 I purchased for my motorcycle. Although I am lucky enough not to have needed it's tracking ability, I have seen what it can do. My bike was away from me for a month or so while it was having a mod done. Throughout that period I knew exactly when my bike was being moved and I could pin point the exact building it was in on the locator map. I was impressed to say the least.

Seems like a good product, nice size, easy to set up and relatively easy to fit once you identify a suitable location. I hope never to have to use it to recover my vehicle.

Started with the Monimoto 3. Had some issues, but was helped very well, giving me tons of confidence in their product. Especially when I had to repatriate my bike, it allowed me to follow my bikes progress with daily updates.
Currently with three different Monimotos (5, 7, and 9).
Only issue I would like to change is, the ability to use your own (e-)SIM allowing the data bundle to be part of the family mobile plan.

Product and subscription price are good, just wish the shipping was faster. Was waiting for a while to install on bike so i could park it outside.
