Amber Johnson has been very responsive to my companies needs.

Jessica is absolutely amazing, i had multiple accounts that needed to be changed and reviewed, she was quick to get a meeting scheduled and when we ran out of time, she scheduled even more time to make sure everything was correct and ready to go! she answered all of our questions and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable! she set aside so much of her day for me yesterday and im grateful! she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service and mitigate the issues we were having!

The representative was wonderful to talk to and very helpful and informative

Amber is incredibly helpful! She's very responsive, always open to collaborating and able to resolve problems quickly! She has gone above and beyond to support our team. I am grateful to work with Amber and feel she is an invaluable member of your staff.
The only reason that this is not 5-stars is due to some of the operators not following protocol, which is not in Amber's control but does impact the overall experience with VoiceNation. Amber herself is 10 stars!!!

I am never impressed with a company that makes it difficult to cancel service. I am now trying for the third time to cancel my voicenation service. No one ever gets back to me.

Today I spoke to a customer service rep who claimed that there is a 30-day cancellation policy - which is absolutely not what their website says.

Jessica has been such an asset since we have started using VoiceNation. Anytime I have had an issue she has jumped in and taken care of it. Her customer service is unmatched. Thank you Jessica!

My first month after signing up, they overcharged me for excessively lengthy calls. Multiple calls described as "Dead air" lasting up to 105 seconds. I can understand 15 seconds and hanging up, but at least 12.75 EXTRA minutes of listening to dead air and charging me for that. Also, my office is closed on Fridays, so the script for Friday reads "The office is closed. Please call back during normal business hours." Calls on Fridays could last 5 whole minutes just to say those 2 sentences. I tried to address these overcharges with customer service multiple times. They just ignored my concerns. Like they purposely made the calls last longer to charge me more.
