Fantastic experience. I'm not very computer literate and a bit dubious of the internet. But after my husband died I wanted to sell some of his old watches and wasn't impressed with the offer my high street jeweler gave me . The gentleman that called came to my house the very next day after agreeing a fair price for a couple of the watches. He was even honest enough to tell me to hang on to one of them as its value will increase. He sat with me for a long time whilst he talked through the process and made me feel at ease. I was met by Dan the sales agent who came to my home.Naturally at first I am sure we was both apprehensive but within minutes we was chatting freely and I felt totally at ease.There was no sales tactics here and to be fair my watch was not in the best shape in the world but Dan overlooked problems and gave me a excellent price with any quibbling.
I was a bit anxious prior to our meeting but totally satisfied with the outcome.Dan actually sat and chatted
and took the time unselfishly to accommodate my requirements,it left a very positive feeling to me. Selling my Rolex was like losing a leg but that experience was made so much more easier because of Dan. If you are reading my comments then you know you have a quality company and professional dealer who has excellent people skills..Thanks again Dan..I know my Rolex will resurface and give someone the pleasures it gave me..

Spoke to dan on Friday about selling my Rolex ..dan responded very quickly and arranged an appointment for Monday ..dan drove to York as arranged ...inspected the watch and we had a deal within half an hour ..very honest and very professional service ..I had the money straight away we shook hands really nice man to do business with !

The whole process of selling the Rolex was made very easy from start to finish. I was particularly happy with the human touch and the home visit which meant I didnt have to send the watch off anywhere something i would have worried about.

All questions answered, very professional approach and quick and easy transfer of funds.

The experience I had with money for watches from the offset was so easy and professional. After I had an online consultation and talked about the watch, I received a phone call shortly after to talk me through the process and ask if I was happy with everything so far.

I was in control from the start. Dan arranged a time suitable for myself to come and inspect the watch. Once he arrived he started to inspect the watch and make sure everything was in order.

The money! Once he was happy he explained that they send the money before they take the watch, which is a step above others in my eyes. He sent the money and I confirmed the funds was in my bank.

We shook hands and I was a happy man!

I also recommended a friend to him and he sold his watch with all the same professionalism.
