that my understanding of economics has been strengthen and deepened further, I can now

Very good and practical courses, well-put-together. It has given me great fundamentals and basic understanding / mental models for investing and how to approach it in general (stocks, real estate, etc). Also more confidence to follow this path. He teaches how to think not just what to do. Derek is a very unique mentor. He doesn't believe in political correctness or pandering to the minority. He's outspoken so that he attracts the right candidates for the program that he feels he can help. Personally, after taking his courses, I realized that I had some major blindspots in the way I interacted with people and the world. Through his program, I developed a focus on my goals that I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else. He gives pragmatic actionable advice which is refreshing in a world of trigger warnings and sensationalized media headlines. I feel very fortunate to have made the leap of faith to join his programs. Future me will be thanking current me for sure.

Hey guys, I took the Markets Mastery course several times and ended up making more money from stocks than I could ever have imagined at first.

The program is absolutely comprehensive and pragmatic (I was a beginner when I attended the course for the first time). The weekly live calls are incredibly helpful. Derek never tells you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. He hasn’t just helped me to make a lot of money but has also prevented me from losing money in times where I acted incredibly emotional. Also his coaches, Travis and Tony are incredible guys!

With Derek's programs, I know to always expect a lot of challenging work & that I will learn things in 10 weeks that could have taken me 5 years to learn. His courses aren't cheap either, and I knew that when signing up that I didn't have the money to pay it off, and even then they help me break down my financials and gave me a payment plan to pay off the program in time.

They also gave me the advice to start making money right away which helped me pay off the program even quicker. That's why I invest so much into these programs because it's my life & I am going to work as hard as I can to make a better one for myself.

A lot of people mention that there are no opportunities in their own Real Estate market. The homework of this course pushes you to take a further look at your local market and see new opportunities. The course is very intense but you will learn a lot!

My life wouldn't be the same without these courses. They have opened eyes up on the real actionable steps to generate real wealth in the LONG TERM (not just from these get-rich-quick schemes you see out there nowadays).

In the meantime, I've built my online business to be full-time and can choose to live where I want. This wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't learned the foundations on entrepreneurship and how money works from Derek. If you take your future seriously and you're not one of those 'dreamers' who talk big but don't put in the work, these courses are for you.

Few people know more than Derek. This course is worth its value and then some. You're silly to not take this course.

Real estate riches was just amazing, it is the second time that I took the program and I was still be able to pick macro nuances and tips from Derek on commercial real estate.

I feel that anybody who is serious about investing his money into real estate should get the courses and understand financial implications before wasting a lot of years of struggle in this tough environment.

I have been working with Derek since Q2 2020. I have taken all of Derek's programs at least once now. Implementing the lessons and following through on the guidance has lead to profound internal and external changes in my self, my business, and my life. The results I got in the first few months alone paid for all of the courses several times over. Having an amazing mentor is the closest thing to a shortcut to success, but they are usually difficult to identify, let alone recruit to work with you. Part of Derek's genius is in making his wisdom available to a (slightly) wider audience.
