My few transactions were very easy to complete. The statements are easy to read (they have improved considerably) and, so far the results have been meeting and even exceeding my expectations.

I am not a large client by any stretch of the imagination. I do get responsive customer service to emails and phone calls. My experience includes both sending of metal for deposit and depositing fiat to purchase.

I do wish statements were delivered in more timely fashion, as waiting 15 days after the close of the month seems overly long by any financial account terms. Transactions occur on a timely basis, however.

I have respect enough for their services that i do recommend to friends and family - alas, i am an engineer by education and trade, not a salesman.

The "if you don't hold it, you don't own it" crowd will be proven right if there is a complete collapse. But even in that event, there will be no rebirth of economic activity without a little risk taking and trust in third parties.

There's risk in everything, even keeping your whole store of wealth in your house. There's certainly risk in leasing your metals out in expectation of a yield. But the interests of Monetary Metals are aligned with their customers' and they do a great job of risk assessment when finding productive enterprises to lend your precious metals to.

If you already have your stack at home in case of Zombie Apocalypse, and have sufficient metals in allocated storage that you can withdraw from on demand, then consider a business that puts your metals to work for a contracted period of time, during which you pay no storage costs and in fact are paid a respectable yield in gold and silver.

I've known about Monetary Metals for several years now and have invested in several of their gold and silver leases and bonds. The systems all work very smoothly. if you have any questions they are promptly and helpfully responded to. The products are exceptional (earning interest on gold) and a great hedge in this difficult world economic climate. All in all no hesitation in recommending the company and what it so well does.

Good opportunity to invest in gold and even get interest. Buying gold works smoothly- especially if one has an ach-account - international transfers are also available. A delay of pricing of gold needs to be taken into account. (1 working day with ach - sometimes a little more with international transfers.)

Improvements could be made for the selling process. A form sheet needs to be requested - filled out and then sent back. The process takes around 2 weeks. (not tested yet - I am in the investment phase) Selling gold via mouse klick is missing.

Opportunity and service are the apparent customer themes at MM. No other bullion dealer seems to offer the bullion leases deals. The service is very good and MM regularly keep customers up to date on their investments.

Not only do you earn interest on gold, but you also earn interest on Trust. Keith and the crew have been diligent, thorough, honest, and consistent for the 7 years I have been building my personal gold pension fund using Monetary Metals. So much so that when the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company, I did so. I'm all in!

I've had gold in Monetary Metals since 2018. Early on I spent a lot of time talking with the team and understanding the business. I've watched them grow and improve over the years but what has never changed is the people in the business understand and believe in gold/silver as much as I do. They provide a service nobody else does, and I'm extremely glad they exist.

Its exciting being part of something new. All my interactions with staff have been more than pleasant, and timely. The magic of compounding works well in this situation, you never see the physical gold, and its so easy just to let it keep compounding. I have also started buying metal directly from them. It too is a an incredibly painless experience and the rate has always been better than I can get locally. Another great initiative from a great company.

Easy platform for investing and over time the company has improved interface and investment options so that the totality of return is improved and i have confidence in their team and future performance

I have been a client of Monetary Metals for over eight years, and I can genuinely say they deliver exactly as promised. As a professional in the gold industry, having worked with a large volume of physical gold transactions, I can confidently say they significantly undersell themselves. With MM I have participated in several bonds and over a dozen leases, and while no investment is entirely risk-free, the risk is very well proportioned to the reward. For the 3–4% lease income, the likelihood of loss is minimal. Monetary Metals has never failed to honor a commitment, nor have they lost an ounce of gold in their leases. With their robust systems, safeguards, and insurance, the calculated risk-reward balance makes leasing both sensible and prudent.

Their auditing, due diligence, and insurance protections, along with behind-the-scenes work, are exceptional, yet (IMO) often underreported and underappreciated in client communications. They have built the right connections with the right teams and carefully selected high-quality businesses, making leasing through them an absolute no-brainer.

I personally recommend it. My family, who have participated for several years, are exceptionally happy with the product and appreciate being able to put gold to productive use (Matt. 25:27).

It’s a no brainer for those who seek to preserve their hard earned gains in something precious the government can’t devalue - Gold. But the common adage ‘gold pays no yield’ is just not true. With Monetary metals you earn a return as good as cash - but in real money - gold!

Great company to work with. I personally like the option to buy every other week and dollar cost average. My account rep is very accessible, and free storage plus interest on holdings (paid in metal) is a revolutionary approach to saving in inflation proof money.

I've had accounts with Monetary Metals from the beginning. I love getting interest paid on my gold holdings instead of paying someone to vault those holdings. I love putting gold back into circulation financially if not yet technically money. I have both gold and silver with Monetary Metals. Since they've developed the online account management, it hasn't been easier to earn interest on gold!

Reps always return my calls promptly, answer questions clearly. They all seem to be very well informed.
