I joined this group last year in 2025…
I joined this group last year in 2025 and paid by debit card over £300.. I did not realise this was a subscription and had not used the product for over 6 months ! They are trying to take another £300 from my bank... i had to look them up as totally forgot who they were. ! They did not send reminder to say you have this subscription and are demanding these funds... I am not using it... they will cancel now.. but still want £300 for nothing...as i am not using it !! trying to fight with the bank. ! They should tell you when they are taking money ??? Awful company

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that automatic renewals can be frustrating if you have not been actively using the service.
To clarify, when you choose an annual subscription option for a heavily discounted priced compared to a monthly subscription, these are structured as continuous subscriptions, which is outlined at the point of purchase and within our terms of service. Because our product is delivered in full at the start of each billing cycle and due to the nature of the product which has been delivered, we are unable to offer retroactive refunds once a new period has commenced, as stated in our refund policy which is visible at the point of sale.
We can confirm that your subscription has now been cancelled per your request, meaning no further charges will occur. You will continue to have full access to the product and all its features until the end of your current billing period.
If you have any further questions regarding your account status, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly.

MonedaFX has taught me alot since joining in January. If you feel you are not quite grasping trading on Forex etc this is the community for you. If you don't feel you have the time to do it all yourself give the autopilot trading a go I can assure you won't be disappointed. I dealt with Callum one of the best
I dealt with Callum one of the best. I invested with him a year ago after buying the software. It’s been amazing and still is this is now over a year so I’m happy to now leave a review as many things like this I thought might be good for a little bit then go bad but I have no complaints. I am way more up than I would have thought it’s actually a dream come true on my investments. And my friends are now filling suit!

May 25, This firm promised FX profits if I bought their trading software and allowed them to trade my prop account for another fee, They didn't take a trade in 2mths lost my prop account and the money i paid for the prop account, and would not refund me, after no contact in 10mths, they took another £316 from my account May 26, and would not refund despite the previous history, They are Scam artists stay away, I have reported them to the police,

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies that one of your scheduled consultation calls was not attended. We have thoroughly investigated this with our internal sales team and I will provide a summary below.
The first consultation call was attended, however you were working an Uber Eats shift whilst on the call so our sales team member decided that this was not the most convenient date & time for the call to be taken, as the consultation did not have your full attention. This call was then rescheduled to a better date & time of your choosing.
The second consultation call was NOT attended - you are correct. We are informed this was due to a last minute emergency illness of our sales staff member. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. The call was rescheduled with an apology plus a significant discount on all of our products in reparations.
The third call WAS attended, and it was deemed that the chosen product was not suitable for you at this time.
We do have plenty of other products/services available which are more suitable for you at this time, and your personalised discount code is valid across all of them for a significant discount to get you started.
