They were so Great to work with. They replied quickly and we received our mugs quickly for Christmas presents. Would definitely recommend. The mugs are great quality and the print looks beautiful. We uploaded our own artwork and they sent us pictures of a completed mug to confirm that it was how we wanted it. Great Product and Great costumer service

Easy Ordering, Quick Delivery
Placed an online order and had a couple of queries which were instantly sorted out online with IM. Ordering system was easy to follow. Delivery arrived less than 3 days later. No problems. I would certainly recommend Monarch to anyone else.

It was other reviews on here that gave me the confidence to use this company and I'm delighted that I did. The time-frame between sending our logo in and our teddy bears turning up was so incredibly quick.
Only thing I would have liked, and had seen mentioned in another review, was if we could have had a preview of how our design would have looked but then again the bears showed up exactly as we hoped for.
The quality of the bears themselves does fall slightly short but that could very well be due to the price range we chose. The ears on the Anne bears are very short and there are lots of random loose threads but overall, really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Ordinarily we make sure that every order gets a preview before we go to print. I'm sorry that this step was missed for your order. Thank you for pointing this out. Currently we are working with less than 1/2 of our team due to shielding and furloughs but we will try and tighten up on our regular routines again to ensure that everything is perfect for the next orders.
