Beautiful piece!! Very happy with the workmanship and speedy arrival.

The sign arrived fine . But we feel the blocking on the letters and numbers are out of line .

We had Moments Engraved design and make a gate logo for us several years ago and have had it on our gate until this year when we had a new gate and surround built and electrified. We asked Moments Engraved if they could redo the design so that it would fit on the gatepost. They did and the whole process, with the miracles of modern technology, took about three weeks— from Minnesota to Queensland, Australia! Really happy with it and highly recommend Moments Engraved!

The item itself was great (our second purchased from this company), however the packaging was not sufficient. The item was sent in a thinly padded bag and it was bent slightly when it arrived. I would be happy to pay extra to know that the item was properly packed with no chance of being damaged in transit.

Looks great on our B&B. Good price/quality balance… Delivery to The Netherlands (Holland) was perfect. No delay or any troubles. Only we had to pay extra local customs/tax, but that’s normal with international packages. We’re satisfied about the product.

Awesome company!! Everything from the ease of the order process to a quick delivery, I am impressed every time! The quality of the product and workmanship is superb! This may be my first review, but it definitely won't be my last order! p.s on my most recent order, they included a small home heart piece. I am not sure if that was an accident or a bonus, but either way it was a thoughtful touch.

Items were easy to buy and came in a timely manner.. however the second item came bent. Sent pictures. It probably happened during shipping.

I m 81 and wanted to get the stones for our son and daughter in law but I’m not good on the computer so I did go and tryed and I must say these people got right to me and help me so much I’m tell you you can trust these people I recommend these people to any one

The item itself looks great, what I had thought it to be. Was charged shipping when it stated shipping was free, it was to Canada so expected some shipping but not full price where this was a sale. Then had to pay more for duty, where I had to pay shipping assumed because you couldn't find anything to confirm or deny this would be included in extra price.
I do realize that this is out of the control of moments engraved and this is the Christmas gift I am most excited to have opened. Thank you Moments Engraved.
