custom vw dial
I bought a custom dial for my car, communication was a bit slow and after I accepted their project (after a lot of communication in which we couldn't understand each other well) it arrived at my house, but there was a detail that differed from the rendering that I accepted before putting it into production. I contested this thing and he replied that he did it like the photo of the dial that I sent him, but I wanted it customized not the same as the one I had, otherwise I would keep mine.
I offered to ship only the part that I contested and he refused it, he said that I had to pay back the entire amount to have another one.
I recommend asking for everything because nothing is taken for granted. Even if you accept the rendering then he sends you what he understands and not what you approve.
I'll start by saying that I haven't installed it yet, so I hope it works well.

Une déception, je le conçois je n’ai pas bien lu la description de ce fait il me manquait une pièce pour que ce soit fonctionnel, mais là ma surprise était aux moment de contacter ce sites, le service me répond sur un tons ! Ils se foutent de ma gueule et me parle super mal. Très mauvaise expérience. Plus jamais je ne commanderais chez eux.

The product you purchased required a separate power supply (inverter/voltage converter), which was clearly stated in the product description and in our previous messages to you. Unfortunately, you connected the panel directly to the car battery, which could not work and may have damaged the panel.
In addition, you used an excessive amount of glue, which should not have been applied in this case, causing further damage. As a result, the matter was also resolved in our favor by PayPal, confirming that we acted in accordance with proper procedures and policies.
We always strive to assist our customers and clearly communicate product requirements. We encourage you to carefully review the description and instructions to avoid similar situations in the future.
