This site is advertising leather goods but the items are crap. They are not anything like the site. They robbed me of money and would not give me a refund because I sent them as gifts and they were opened after the 30 day refund period. I couldn’t believe what the looked like when the were shown to me. Items from China are a disappointment every single time!!!!

Deplorable poorly made, cheap, crappy products, and trying to return it, good luck. "your returned parcel is more likely to get lost during international shipping" Direct quote from the company as I try and return items that are ridiculously wrongly sized. The clothing is made of terribly cheap material. The sizing is so far off its laughable. The shoes, absolute crap. Lesson learned. NEVER again. Oh, and after 2 months, I get a whole 25 percent back and have yet to receive a pair of boots. They are terrible. Save your time and money, never shop here.

Do not go near them ! Terrible products

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START EXCEPT THAT MY STORY IS LIKE THE ONES BEFORE. I ORDERED A PAIR OF BOOTS IN MID NOVEMBER AND THEN RECEIVED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PAIR IN MID JANUARY FROM CHINA. I EMAILED AT LEAST 6 TIMES BACK AND FORTH WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T RESPOND WITH GOOD ENGLISH. BECAUSE I RECEIVED THE WRONG PAIR I SIMPLY WANTED A PREPAID RETURN LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THEM AND A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. HOWEVER THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME A 20% DISCOUNT AND KEEP THE BOOTS. I DON'T WANT THE WRONG BOOTS!!!!!!! ITS MY OWN FAULT FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY SO HARD LESSON LEARNED. IT JUST GOES TO SAY ONLY BUY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS SHIPPED WITHIN THE GOOD OLD USA. SO WITH THAT SAID`` PEACE OUT MOLLYCA`` AND SHAME ON ME FOR NOT RESEARCHING MORE.

I bought boots from this company and its been a nightmare trying to get a return address in English.Thankfully I bought via Paypal or I'd be totally screwed......but Return shipping is 39$ and paypal hold times are crazy ridiculous so there's that nightmare (2 times, so far.) In the middle of it all, Paypal will cover 30 of it and is requesting that Mollyca pay 10 on top of the repayment for the boots that look NOTHING like the picture. At all! will update as transaction completes. We'll see how it really turns out.

Bad shipping, bad product, bad customer service. They will not send me an address for a return on the cheap made, over priced boots. Tried to report them to BBB and can’t find a address for them.

Absolutely do NOT buy anything from this company. I purchased two dresses. Decided I'd get the larger size just in case they might run small. Their US sizing chart is so far off the mark. The dresses fit like a small not a large. Also the dresses looked amazing on the website, but when I received them the neckline decoration was a glued on piece of plastic. Poor product quality, incorrect sizing information, product description lacking, and they have a ridiculous return policy. After emailing back and forth for a month I settled on a 20% refund. This is how they make money - you send them your money, they send you *&$@ and they haggle over a refund.

We bought boots, they were for my wife christmas present .
took over a month to arrive (too late for Xmas). Notwithstanding too small very poor quality . Tried to send back requested return address 6 times. Eventually got a 25pct return on purchase via Paypal but had to keep Boots that are useless to us. Do not use these people they are not taking any returns back. and all their sizes and quality are not to be trusted.

I will echo the numerous reviews from reviewers before me--this company is a total joke! I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas. When the shoes arrived they had a ridiculous logo on the sides of them (the pictures on the website show no logo at all)--a man's head with the word "FASHION" written 3 times in a circle around the head. I have been going back and forth with their customer service folks for over a month now about a return/refund. They initially offered a 15% off coupon for a future purchase (as if I would ever purchase from them again after this experience) and have now settled on a 30% refund (not including shipping costs from China!!). They have absolutely no concern about customer service and misrepresent their products on their website. Save yourself some money and hassle--STAY AWAY!!

I bought a pair of shoes from Mollyca. The shoes I was sent were way too big. I have been trying to return them and swap then for a smaller size. I have now asked 5 times for their return address (as per their returns policy). The computer generated responses continually suggest that instead of exchanging the goods they just give me 15 or 20% off my next purchase. Not surprisingly there will be no next purchase.

I purchased a pair of booties and a pair of pumps. Neither fit and were of inferior quality. I tried 3 times to return them,but kept getting the run-around. These were purchased in October and have yet to get instructions on how to return. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered 2 pair of boots which arrived unboxed and dented in transit. The size was 2 sizes smaller than stated and when a return was requested the return policy was unreasonable and the cost made it prohibitive . The boots were also poor quality for the price paid. Took out a dispute with PayPal who sided on seller . Very unhappy and bitter experience, do not buy from this seller.

Wanting to warn others . . .

Don't be fooled by the images of the products sold on Mollyca.com They are not realistic. I order 2 pair of sandals, the quality was beyond poor and had a foul smell.

When I contacted the company they told me to keep them and try to sell them on my own instead of returning them!

I did return the sandals, however 7 months later, I still have not received a refund.

The shipping time was also exceptional long, over a month.

Do not order from this website!

I ordered my mom a pair of boots that she saw on Pinterest from this company. I submitted the order on Thanksgiving of 2018. Around December 5th I notice I haven’t received a shipping notification, which to me is late, since all reputable companies let you know about delivery within the first week. So I wrote to them, they didn’t answer for 48 hours. In those 48 hours I tried to dispute the charge with PayPal, but then the company wrote me back.

They said I couldn’t cancel, because it was already in shipping status. BUT, shipping would take a few more weeks! At this point I figured it was a lost cause and my mom might as well wait.

Well let me tell you, they finally arrived sometime in january. In a bag, just a bag. No box. A pair of boots in a bag. Heavily wrapped in sloppy plastic with haphazard tape all over it. The package smelled heavy of shoe glue or some similar chemical smell.

Worst of all, the boots looked like they had been glued together at different parts by a kindergartener. The heels were uneven. The soles cheaply glue on. The lining was an ugly yellow made of cheap foam, not even a soft fabric.

These were not $30 shoes. She paid $70 for these shoes. What an absolute joke. I will never order from a site without checking here first.

So... I usually don't write reviews, but after some thought I feel I have to. First, it took over a month to receive my order. Second, the company listed no phone number for customer service (my fault for not checking that before I ordered). Third, the boots were made very cheap. Fourth, they were not shipped in a box. They were folded and wrapped in tape. Last, they were too small.

still no reaction. they still owe me 540$ and do not answer or transfer back money. They did not send out 14 out of 17articles and the articles which I returned (43Euros for sending it back) they refused and sent them back to me.

Honestly, like everyone else, DO NOT purchase anything from this company! Their products are not what is pictured. I received thier boots and they were terrible! All glued together. Customer service is horrible! They will not refund you, they want to give you a 20% coupon, then possibly a 20 or 25% refund on the merchandise they do not want back. Mine did not fit, even though I followed their fitting chart. They actually told me to give them away as gift as it would be too expensive to send back to China. This company really should be taken off the market.

I never got my product! After I month I got in contact via email, a little trickery and prompting helped as I was mad but I was nice. Saying I was afraid porch pirates may have taken my product or was it just not sent yet. I told them I changed my mind and no longer required my boots and would be "grateful for a full refund". They asked was I sure because they could ship now! Still said no, after 1 week I was refunded my full $68.99 into my account. Like every one else I wish I had read the reviews, but after a bit of patience and being nice ( even though mad as hell) got all my money back. If you want your money back and never got your product try this. A very bad company, Pinterest should be ashamed!

Like all of the others, I ordered boots I saw on Pinterest... they look nothing like the picture and smell terrible. Didn’t even come in a box. Waste of money. do not buy from them

Wish I would have found this website before I bought from them I honestly can't say anything because 8t mirrors everyone so don't buy from here
