Had an issue with the delivery of my parcel and needed some support with details to put in a claim. The chat function allowed me to speak directly to Molls who was incredibly friendly and understanding about the situation. Brilliant and efficient customer service - will be coming back to buy more!

I've been buying earrings from molls for a few months now and they are honestly perfect. The shipping is super speedy and the earrings and other jewellery are exceptionally high quality (and also have fun designs!). Molly goes above and beyond to deliver amazing customer support and engages with her customers. She deserves so much success.

For the last couple years since i found out about Molls, I’ve had multiple orders that have never failed to surprise me!
Each launch i love the detail which goes into every one.

I ordered lots of earing and I'm over the moon with them all. There was such a big selection and they were all so cute! Can't wait to gift some of them to friends

Absolutely amazing quality products! Super quick delivery especially when considering it’s mostly just molly on her own! The products are pretty cheap but absolutely don’t turn your ears green OR break easily. AND, in the unlikely chance, if something is wrong with your order, mollys customer service is FANTASTIC and she is super quick with rectifying the issue!

Beautiful, well made jewellery that is extremely reasonable in price. Lots of choice. Items were well packaged and delivered quickly

Molls jewellery is the best site I have come across. The jewellery is super cute, and really affordable. Since making my order I have worn the twinkly star earrings and matching necklace everyday.
Will definitely be ordering again and again.

The jewellery is gorgeous, packaged beautifully, and great prices. Fast delivery honestly what more could you want?
