Just awful.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Mokka and felt compelled to share my frustration. The customer service at Mokka is simply awful. To add salt to wound, there is no "manager" or no person "that takes care of similar issues", just a bunch of "Tier 1" support. It seems like they are either asleep on the job or unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.
My encounter with Mokka left me utterly dissatisfied, as they not only failed to own up to their errors but also appeared to actively sabotage their own clients without any apparent reason. When I confronted them about the issues I faced, they resorted to deflection and offered no meaningful resolution. I strongly advise anyone considering Mokka's services to think twice and ultimately avoid them altogether. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make for an unpleasant experience that is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and explore alternative options.
