Shipping took longer than other sites that had worse reviews. Unclear about how the fabric would not be stitched. They should have photos of the fabric instead of photos of the models. Customer service was attentive though they tried to force me to choose a different color from the fabric I requested.

Mohi is a marketplace, and while we make every effort to maintain stock availability, certain products may go stocked out due to high demand.
Please note that sarees are sold unstitched, which is standard across the category which is already mentioned in the product pages. In case where a selected product or color becomes unavailable, our team suggests a swap based on the availability , and this was communicated and sent accordingly.

The number of options available on the website was excellent. While the items I originally ordered were no longer in stock, Mohi staff were quick to inform me and provide similar items for me to choose from. In general, communication was straightforward and helpful. I am no expert when it comes to kurtas, but I am generally happy with what I ordered.
If I can make one suggestion, it would be to provide more detail on the locations where measurements should be taken. A short instructional video that illustrates the measurements being taken could be helpful, to support the provided diagrams.

Gorgeous Custom-Tailored Dress — Highly Recommend!
I’m really happy with my purchase! The dress was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. I also loved that they were able to tailor it according to the measurements I provided — it made such a difference in the fit. The seller was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process, which I truly appreciated.
Just a small suggestion: for dresses with sleeves, it would be great if arm measurements (like bicep and wrist) could be requested as well. My long sleeves came out a bit too tight, and I had to get them altered. Thankfully, there was enough fabric to let out the sleeves, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’m still very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Disappointed.
The order took a very long time to reach me. After many weeks, I was informed that one of the sarees I ordered would not be deliverable. The other saree does not look like the picture. It came unhemmed, which I am told I had to order as extra services. That's on me then but I have never bought a saree that came in this condition. It looks like yards of material, not a saree.

Due to the uncertainities around United states tariffs and customs, we have paused USA bound shipments temporarily. unfortunately your order is part of that pause, Due to the nature of sarees in high demand, some sarees do get stocked out . We have promptly refunded the amount of that stocked out saree . With regards to hemming, the price of the saree is 28.20$ and this service does not come by default which is indicated clearly in the product pages. We source only from the manufacturers directly so you will get what you see on our website.

I ordered 3 sarees form UK and everything arrived perfectly , customer service is excellent. You can contact them and they promptly reply back to you unlike some do automated emails. Sizing off
Sizing was completely off - one outfit was loose and the second one so tight I could not even put it on.
I have to spend more money than the dress to have it altered and the second one does not even have enough cloth to increase size.
There is no reply from the company for exchange or refund either.

There were margins added to the outfits, And the completed orders are in line with the sizes given to us through our size form. We haven't received any pictures or videos from you related to the products received to investigate regarding your claims. One key information is that the second outfit is ordered after the first outfit is received by you . Wondering why that is not pointed at the time of second order placement for us to be able to react or investigate that.

Great experience
I found Mohi fashion via a Reddit post so I didn’t have high hopes, however they exceeded my expectations in all areas. I needed a lengha very short notice to be delivered to the UK for a registry wedding. Mohi fashion were very helpful and went out of their way to customise the items and send them to me on time. The lengha was well made and was true to the picture if not better. The customer support delivered was very helpful, which included discussing custom measurements, shipping and delivery alerts. Overall, I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
