The Alto Deep Drawer Pack includes two 10" tall drawers and all hardware needed for assembly. These drawers provide ample storage space and are equivalent in height to two small drawers. They also feature solid wood construction and a soft-close undermount mechanism for smooth and quiet operation. Please note: Knobs and pulls must be purchased separately.

Easy to assemble
Everything came together beautifully.
Installation was simple
The drawers assembled perfectly. I was amazed at how easy they were to assemble and install. Yes, I made a couple mistakes lol. But easy to shift the height of the shelves to match everything perfectly.
Some drawers don’t close flush.
The deep drawers are great for a clean look for larger items
We like the soft close feature. We were originally told by sales personnel that the drawers would come pre assembled. This was NOT the case. The soft-close feature is a little tricky to assemble. Also, there's two sides to the drawer bottom, rough and smooth. The instruction do NOT tell you what to do. We suspect the smooth side goes against the clothing, but after assembling 8 drawers and no instructions given about the drawer bottoms, we weren't going to disassemble the soft-close features and take off wheels and tracks to switch that around. Also, we would've liked hearing advice regarding designing hanging clothes next to the drawers. We hadn't thought about that. The hanging clothes often get stuck in the drawers after you open the drawers. Then the drawers won't close with clothing stuck in them. Our problem now, We'll have to deal with it.

No good……..
the drawer fronts seemed to drill the dowel holes and handle pilots the same depth. This makes the dowel holes very deep and dowel pushed through front on one. Two things - don't drill dowel holes as deep as handle/knob pilots - not more that 3/8" deep, and change directions to insert dowels into drawer sides rather than drawer fronts
