Ordered a hoodie and was expecting a washed cotton type material, item arrived and it’s made of a cheap-looking, shiny polyester material. Will be looking to get a refund.

Been over a month and haven't received my Hoodie. Back and forth emails but nothing but B.S. do not buy from this or their Instagram.

Horrible scam

Zero Stars, scam alert! They wanted me to send a picture of my credit card and ID to them because my order was supposedly marked as high risk for chargeback. Buyer beware!

Absolutely awful company, the pictures are nothing like the items that arrived. Very poor quality and fit for the bin. The return address is so expensive to do the return it’s pointless even bothering to send the items back.

Avoid at all costs ! Product looks nothing like the picture it’s cheap made, horrific quality and the company has offered to give me 20% refund with no sending back or full refund unless I pay for shipping fee from UK to Canada

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - First and last time ordering from this company. Quality is SO beyond what is advertised. It’s shiny, cheap polyester and the design is quite literally just printed. Sizing is not true to advertising as it looks it will be a relaxed/baggy hoody. I ordered a size L and it is a medium at best. The material is itchy on the inside and caused hives within minutes of try on. Payed £27 and with shipping it totalled to £35 so, £8 in shipping. When I raised concerns and wanted to return this item the same day it arrived, I was told that the shipping is too costly to send back to their international warehouse and I would be provided a £5 refund and customer service have stopped responding. I literally can’t wear it and it’s the most expensive piece of rubbish.l to ever go straight into the trash. Disgraceful

Trash material, 30€ + shipping for this? 3 weeks waiting, the only good thing is that this came with stickers, but for real never going back horrible.

This company steals designs from artists and claims for proof when confronted to it. Do not buy!

Good quality clothes. hoodies are thick and warm and have a fluffy lining. Polyester material but still comfortable. Only down side is the postage does take over a month. Will buy from this company again!

Products not as advertised, art and product photos are stolen. I paid $112AUD. They sent cheap polyester clothing like what's on Shein for $15. I
contacted them to arrange return and refund. They offered a 20% refund without return or said I could cover the cost of return postage to Canada. I disputed the transaction with my bank with pictures of what I ordered vs. received and got the $112 back. They are breaking copyright and consumer laws. Buy anything else.

The design is cool but the quality is shit

Ho ordinato 1 pantalone e 3 felpe ,quando sono arrivate non erano di mio gradimento per la qualità e per la stampa, ho rimandato indietro l'ordine chiedendo il rimborso della spesa, ma non mi sono mai tornati indietro i soldi nonostante il pacco sia arrivato

Habe ausnahmsweise mal etwas mehr für Hoodies ausgegeben als ich normalerweise würde und das ist der Dank! Absolut schlechte Qualität, billig bedruckter Plastikstoff!! Auf der Website sieht man hochwertige Muster, hat nichts mit der Tatsächlichen Ware zu tun.. angeboten würde mir nun eine 30% Rückerstattung von meinen 145€.. absoluter Beschiss. Wünschte ich hätte direkt geprüft was es mit der Seite auf sich hat :(

All fake, ordered 3 hoodies, those were worst quality possible, managed a return that I had to pay and 2 months later I don't see any money back, lost a total of 140€.

It's a scam. Don't buy. The supposed store is in Canada, the clothes come from China. You pay an exorbitant price for clothes from Aliexpress. In the photos, they look like cotton clothes with sewn-on designs. What you get is polyester with blurry, pixelated stickers. It's a rip-off. They won't refund your money either.

The website is so misleading. All product photos are of luscious looking items, likely made from cotton, yet the products themselves are crappy cheap polyester that feel horrid on the skin.
On top of that, customer service was woeful. So very blunt, not an ounce of professionalism whatsoever and then they stopped replying. I asked for a refund because the quality is not even close to good, and I was told that I would have to pay if the packaging was damaged in transit. Not if the items were damaged, just the shipping packaging itself, yet I couldn't get compensation for the fact that when I received the items, the package was so badly damaged that my items were hanging out of the packaging.

Poor quality material not at all like the pictures.Impossible to return.
