Our company paid $500/week for "active…
Our company paid $500/week for "active leads". Our sales team would get texts and emails with "leads" but never once did an actual customer answer the phone. I sent our account representative four emails asking him to call me back to talk about our contract, he never called. Out of frustration, I cancelled our account. I also emailed their customer service department for more information about our contract and how their system works, they just emailed (still no call) saying I could and get "a customer on the phone every time", for additional fees. Needless to say, the horrific communication from our rep was a pretty huge turn off. I would not use this company, they do not help, or communicate, when you ask for it.

The estimator was very inflexible
The estimator was very inflexible. Bathrooms need many things and have different configurations. The estimator was very limited with options. Did not provide an accurate estimate and di not allow for enough configurations. Never offered flooring options or towel storage and etc. Not very realistic. Waste of time.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Was looking for some basic information via email. Before I even finished browsing moderize.com's website, they were calling me. I had an immediate regret that I even submitted the form. I've been swamped with calls from high pressure salesmen ever since. Tell them you're not interested and they call back the next day. Feels like I'm the target of a bunch of vultures swarming overhead. Will NEVER contact a similar service ever again. Will do it the old fashion way......research a few companies and call a few that pass muster. Modernize.com probably gets a commission from sales brokered through them. That just makes the cost of your project even higher. Sure, the company you hire probably pays them, but they are going to jack their prices up to cover the cost, so you really are paying it. NO MORE CALLS please!

not valuable
I just wanted information on "average/typical" roofing costs, not to actually waste someone's time getting a bid for work I'm not ready to do yet. All the website did was collect contact information and it looks like sign up to be contacted by a bunch of un-vetted contractors. Not the people I would choose.

I'm looking to have tub removed and shower stall created with full tile. not the acrylic that looks like tile. if they don't do tile, I'm not interested. your questionnaire starts off with a full bath remodel them gives estimates for tub/shower with acrylic.
don't bother me with this bait and switch tactic.
