Ordered a super king bed base and full size headboard. Lovely fabric. Robust base with storage drawers. Price and comms were great. Super fast despatch and delivery, and delivery guy was very polite and professional. All round great experience.

I have never bought a bed online and I was quite hesitate to, however the chat function let me speak to someone which reassured me. I didn’t wait at all to get a response it was fast, the deliver was also fast compared to other places. I forgot to add a discount when I purchased the bed but the customer service was that great they gave me it. 100% highly recommend and will be ordering again from here, I have since told my family and friends.

Communication was great and the delivery men were fantastic

I love my new bed, so comfy.
I got the orthopaedic mattress and so far so good. I had a memory foam one previously (not from this company) it was like sleeping on a park bench compared to my new one.
Easy to assemble my daughter and I put it together easily.
Would recommend.

My second time using modern beds, first time was great no problems. I will never be using them again as I am still in contact with them for compensation.
Firstly, the driver called with no prior notice given regarding delivery in which I was not home to receive it, when I contacted cs they looked into it and stated that I had knowledge of the delivery date. The delivery driver had fraudulently made up texts in which I didn't receive, the company took the delivery drivers side and basically called me a liar. They rescheduled delivery and made sure this time more communication was given, they came during school time hours in the morning which I had stated to avoid as I live right next to a school. This meant them rushing and damaging both of the bases of the beds. My 2 daughters, 1 whom is disabled didn't have a bed to sleep in due to all this headache and stress I was then on the phone to them again. Not only did they damage the goods but what I had received was not what I ordered, this was too much. Again on the phone and told to send pictures, it was their fault for false advertising and I was told replacement would be sent. For 2 weeks my daughter was restricted from moving around the house due to the bases being in the way, they didn't want to collect them straight away as replacements were coming but they failed to realise this was causing a big inconvenience for us.
As I stated I'm still waiting to hear back from them once again.
I did recommend them but after all this I'm not going to give them any good reviews now.

2 tears in mattress and headboard fitting were to small other than that lovely bed

Very easy to use website. I was kept informed of the stages of production and delivery. The bed came a lot quicker than anticipated with a friendly and helpful courier

I ordered the Victoria Wingback Chesterfield bed on 26th of January 2022.
On 2nd of February I received an email to inform me that the bed was ready, with couriers and would be delivered in 5-10 days. Within half an hour the courier rang to arrange delivery the following day.
We are delighted with bed and the first class service. We will definitely use This company again.

Given quick responses via email. Only stopping from 5 star is delivery service option for room of choice is not available. Bed quality and mattress couldn’t fault!

Absolutely beautiful bed, very sturdy and easy to assemble.
I ordered the Victoria Wingback Chesterfield Divan Bed Set - Almond Coniston and was abit apprehensive as I couldn’t see other photos of the actual colour, once delivered, the colour and quality was much better than I could imagine! Very pleased!
Delivery was perfect, I was informed when the bed arrived with the courier, I received a text with a booking slot which I was to confirm & the delivery guys text with a 5 minute warning! Quick and easy delivery, couldn’t ask for better.
I’ve recommended modern beds to my family & friends already and will continue to do so. Thank you so much, I feel like the queen in my bed now!

Really good service and fast delivery, only down side was delivery was sent out day before it was due but then when I asked for confirmation nothing was confirmed so I was unsure if the bed would be delivered or not.

Very good quality bed and was reasonably priced. Had upgraded from a sleigh bed to this duvin and it’s much more comfortable. Delivered within timescales provided and the delivery guy actually helped me carry the headboard up the stairs which he didn’t have to. Thanks

I ordered my sons bed to move in to a new house and needed a quick delivery.
The bed was delivered within 10 days as stated and the delivery guy was lovely!
I also put the incorrect address on the delivery details so emailed the email provided and I heard back very quick, address was corrected and everything went very smooth! Bed is lovely and my son is happy! Would definitely order again service as amazing. Thank you

great quality bed, looks exactly like the picture. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but customer service was 10/10 when questioned and kept me updated about where my bed was. will purchase another bed from here again if i ever need one

Delivery was very quick. Bed looks lovely. Is a fault with attaching the headboard to the base.
