The most impressive experience I ever had
They sell niche components you literally cannot find anywhere else. They saved my GPU and literally sent me another cable for free after I ordered the wrong one. Their customer service was impeccable and seriously amazing.

Custom harness, easy checkout, no problems
They made me a custom bend EPS harness. Resolving a very difficult problem for me. The customer service was excellent and there was 0 language barrier. I highly recommend this company.
They are one of the few companies offering EPS harness alteration. I didn't realize they made everything in house. I asked if they could make one of their EPS offering in a GPU style harness offering with custom length. No problem, checkout was simple, no pop ups
Just talk to them if you have an issue and they will work with you to resolve it.

Fast shipping and great customer service
Silicon cables had no defects and were delivered within 10 days. The customer service is top notch they respond back to emails same.day. doesn't sound important but not having to wait 24-72 hrs for someone to answer a simple question is great.

I placed an order by ordering 3 sleeved…
I placed an order by ordering 3 sleeved cables, having an SFF case I thought it was better to get them in silicone as they should flex better, I wrote an email to support, they kindly sent me the silicone version, fabulous assistance.

CUSTOMER SERIVCE IS KING. Ended up cancelling an order after asking a few questions, wasn't sure if it was the correct item I needed as I was mixing it with another custom item. Decided to cancel and reached out, the chat came back within a minute(insane) and were not only helpful as far as compatibility but were able to refund me almost instantly. Considering refunding all my other custom buys and buying everything here instead, customer service is INSANE and I will be returning because of it.

Customer service accommodated a change in my order for a specialty cable. They were quick, friendly, and they sent me logs of all the customer service chats for my records. I am interested to see the quality of the product and their shipping times, but their customer service is top-notch

A bit strange
Moddiy tried to slap on a hidden fee when cancelling my order. On top of that, it was troublesome to communicate with the customer service. While chatting it felt like they were stalling. For example, when I asked for clarifications on how to proceed with a refund, the chat was abandoned on their end in the middle of it

Thanks for providing the info. I am able to locate your order. Please let me explain the misunderstanding about Stripe processing fee and our follow-up action.
I see your order already been cancelled and refunded accordingly, but since Stripe does not refund processing fee which caused this confusion/misunderstanding. Further info can be found at https://support.stripe.com/questions/understanding-fees-for-refunded-payments in particular: "To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Stripe does not return our fees when a payment is refunded."
So it is not us trying to slap on a hidden fee, but Stripe does not refund the processing fee when a payment is refunded.
But no worries, please feel free to contact us anytime via Live Chat or email. We can send you the Stripe processing fee manually out of our pocket.
Sometimes the live chat agents may be occupied, and couldn't reply instantly, but all messages will always be replied within 24 hours.
Thank you very much for your kind attention, and sorry for the confusion. Hope this can clear up the misunderstanding.
