I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Modazehrada that I feel compelled to share. While I was initially excited to purchase from this store, the entire process turned out to be a frustrating ordeal.

Firstly, I was charged twice for my order. The initial shipping cost was already steep at €50, which I reluctantly paid. However, to my shock, I was later informed that I needed to pay an additional €120 for shipping... This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere during the checkout process. Essentially, the additional shipping cost amounted to 50% of the price of the product itself, which is absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, Modazehrada has a no-return policy.. This left me with two unappealing options: either lose over €315 and receive no clothes, or pay the unexpected €120 extra and get my order. Reluctantly, I chose the latter, but the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, DO NOT order from Modazehrada!! The lack of transparency regarding additional charges and the rigid no-return policy make it a risky and costly endeavor. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and billing practices, and that they inform customers of any extra charges beforehand.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews and was worried. But trust me these reviews are not true because this is one of the most high-quality dresses I have ever owned. The fabric feels so luxurious and their dresses are fully lined with soft fabric on the inside so they are incredibly comfortable. I also saw that people were complaining that the sequins and glitter fell off easily however this was absolutely not the case for me as they were sewn on the fabric quite well. The dress looks exactly like the images on the website and it is reasonably affordable if you are paying in dollar currency. One thing I will note is, while their size guide is quite accurate, please look at the description of the specific dress you are buying because for some styles the shop advises you to size up which is what I did and it ended up fitting perfectly. Also, for the satin dresses with tight sleeves, the fabric is not stretchy so you cant raise your arms all the way up, but that's honestly the only negative thing about the dress. I am so happy that I finally found a shop dedicated to creating modest yet intricately made dresses for Muslim women!

I had the worst experience ever with ModaZehrada. The way your employees treat your customers is not to describe how awful it is.
I got my dress which was custom made. it was uneven, the cut wasn’t clean, there were holes and glue in the dress… I tried to contact the person I was in touch during the process. He/she was sooooo rude and didn’t even respond back to my concerns about the dress. I paid so much for a dress that looks awful.
I am super disappointed, and will never ever recommend your company to anyone.

Site à fuir en plus des frais des douanes élevés 40euros j’ai reçu une robe complètement différente de ce que j’ai commandé.

Service client catastrophique vous leur montrer par preuve que la robe est pas la même et on vous dit que c’est juste la luminosité la blague. Cerise sur le gâteau ils disent ne pas avoir de soucis à récupérer la robe en échange vous devez payer les frais de douane et de port pour le retour.

Fuyez !!!!!!

Worst store to buy from. I bought a muslim dress for me and my daughter and it came out different. We ordered a blue and green dress but, it came dark and the beads in the picture was gold but, when we got it, it was silver. It also was very expensive and I bought two dresses for 642$ with shipping. You even have to pay the shipping and tax. I am VERY disappointed with the dresses I got. Overall I would not recomened this store for anyone. The WORST!

Dress does not match what is shown on the site. Exchange or return is not possible for people outside the country, even if you bear all costs? No solution at all possible as long as they get their money

Very bad customer service.
They dont accept returns, but also dont provide you with information regarding the sizes. They asked me to message them again so they wont forget messaging me back, very unprofessional.

I had read all the bad reviews after my order and was very scared of how bad the dresses would be and the sizing/quality errors. I am very happy with the dresses they are very nice, good quality, got them in the right size and color, received them less than a week after my order, one of the dresses that I ordered shed a lot of glitter on my carpet, I took 2 sizes bigger than my regular size and it fit perfectly. Apart from the fact that the customs and shipping were high, shipping cost 1000 sek and I received a customs fee of 1500 sek, I am very happy with the dresses.

These people totally scammed me for 800 dollars. They lied to the credit card company so they can win the dispute. I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased a grey gown and they sent me a disgustingly ugly blue one. These people are scammers

J’ai commander une robe de plus de deux semaines et malgré que c’est noté que la commande arrive au bout de 5 jours maximum la robe n’arrivera jamais et le plus pire que j’ai insisté que j’ai un évènement important aujourd’hui et jusqu’à maintenant j’ai rien

Not worth the money or time and shipping is so expensive. They sent me dresses that look nothing like the pictures and bigger than the sizes I sent(custom). I spoke to them and their response was they sent the sizes which we requested. The material is very bad- my whole floor was covered in glitter which was so hard to clean and the lace was stitched on by hand and lots of the edges were visible due to poor stitching. If you want to waste your time, money and put stress on your self buy from this company.

I have never in my life experienced such abysmal customer service than with this company. I was so excited for my dress to wear to my best friends wedding, didn’t realize the amount if issues I would have with this dress and this company afterwords. The first issue is the about of glitter and beading fallout was absolutely INSANEEE I literally shed everywhere it was unbelievable. Second issue was there was a fault in the dress, there was beading inside the dress and it literally cut my leg several times. When I took my dress off I was scratched up all over my leg. Thirdly, the dress completely ripped up from around the sleeve area on both arms. I don't understand how this could happen from wearing it, I was so upset as I paid alot for this dress. I reached out to their customer service about this and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by them despite several messages. I’m pretty sure they blocked my number on whatsapp. I reached out in Instagram and they kept saying they would have someone message me and they didn’t. When I asked why is their customer service so terrible, they said “we never had this issue before” I’m sorry excuse me??? They then continued to ignore me after that again. The most disgusting and terrible experience I’ve ever had with a company before in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have never left a review but my experience with this place has been awful! - I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and although they promise express shipping and shipping within 24hours of the order , the dress was sitting in turkey for 4 days in total before I practically begged them to contact DHL and send an invoice so the shipment can be released . Their response was “you contact DHL yourself” and at times without even reading my message they would tell me to just pay custom charges which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. This was not the worst of it! - When the dress arrived , the zipper was ripped off from the dress! I spent hours fixing it before the event . The dress ripped before I left for my event completely from the bottom as it was extremely cheap quality- definitely not worth the price I paid ..The dress continued to rip throughout the day💔 . On top of all the above ,the dress glitter from this dress is unbelievable- I rode in two cars throughout my day and they both have to be professionally cleaned due to the glitter fallout! I have work with dresses in the past and I know its normal to expect some fallout but this was on a different level!

Attention site à fuir! Les prix des robes sont élevées, une semaine après on vous demande des frais de douanes alors que la robe est déjà en transit donc impossible d annuler voilà donc l obligation de payer les frais de douane élever a 30 euros ensuite fausse taille la robe est trop petite je fais 36 une robe ma.ete envoyer elle doit faire du 32 impossible de rentrer dans la robe et cerise sur le gâteau aucun échange ou remboursement de possible donc énormément de sous perdu via ce site .
