If I could give zero stars I would! They took about 10 days to arrive which I suppose isn't awful from China. Anyway, tried on and unfortunately too small. I ordered the biggest size which their size chart said would fit me. When I contacted for a return I was offered a 30% refund and to keep the item (useless to me). I said no I just want to return. Then they offered a 50% refund. Again I said no. They offered full refund minus £10 to cover the international shipping when I ordered. I pointed out that the website states a 30 Day money back guarantee if it doesn't fit. I was told that the 30 day guarantee allows customers to swap for a different size. So why on earth is it called a money back guarantee? False advertising. Avoid.

Scam - Products are not as advertised
Products are not as advertised. Ordered 2 of the wireless bras in hopes that I would finally have something comfortable for my larger chest. After confirming the size I should order the items I received did little to cover or support in any way. The fabric is terrible and has small triangle inserts for modesty that move around easily.
Attempting to return the items required several emails to get the return details whilst continually being told I won't get a full because they need £10 for international shipping fees on top of the cost for me to deliver it to the UK based address that I received the item from.
Feel like such an idiot falling for this scam. Cheap tat and they make money off you anyway.

NO easy returns here
Details for returning the poorly-fitting dropshipped bra were not given until I asked in 3 consecutive emails - and even then I was told that there would be a charge to cover for their initial 'free shipping' (£10 deducted from refund, which I am pretty sure is illegal) in addition to having to cover the cost of returning the item to CHINA from the UK. When repeatedly pushed, I took a 50% 'discount' instead, but I feel thoroughly cheated.

I’m a H cup and this bra is so comfortable. I struggle with wired bra’s as the wire is always the wrong shape for my body and either cuts into my breast tissue or arm pit. The adjustable straps make a huge difference from the usual crop top style pull on bras I’ve tried. 10/10

Low expectation, slow delivery but ok
After reading the other reviews here I was worried, especially when delivery took 10 days and came from a Chinese distribution center. My expectations were low. The bras aren't cheap, so was hoping i hadn't been ripped off. But the 2 bras have now arrived are reasonably comfortable, maybe come up a bit small. Quality seems ok, but time will tell.

Exchange process was great.
I ordered two bras and they arrived quickly. I found them to be as advertised and very comfortable. Unfortunately they were a bit too big. I emailed regarding a return and they were happy to do so. Customer service was prompt and everything went smoothly. I didn't have to return the ones that were too big, I just passed them on to a friend. As far as fitting like the multiple ads I have seen...I wasn't expecting a wireless bra to fit like a wired one so I wasn't disappointed when these didn't. They fit as expected. These are very comfortable and do the job well.

The best Bra I have ever had
After years of uncomfortable bras that cause rashes and soreness and just so uncomfortable; I now have found the right bra for me.
They are so comfortable the fastener at the back makes them so easy to put on and the removable breast pads means that you wash and dry them quickly ready fast.
Believe me you won't be sorry if you choose these bras the are liberating.

Very disappointed with these bras
What a disappointment! I've seen countless ads, featuring ordinary women showing the bras as being comfortable, and very stretchy so that the bra cups expand to fit you, with the centre seam sitting against your body, thereby giving separation and avoiding the dreaded 'uniboob'.
I ordered two bras in two different sizes, and although they are fine size-wise, neither of them sits against my chest in the middle. There is zero separation, so I ended up with the uniboob I was trying to avoid. I can't be bothered to return them, so I will wear them when I'm not seeing anyone because I wouldn't want anyone to witness the awful shape these bras give me! They are comfortable and the straps are fine, which is amazing given how thin they are, but the resulting shape is awful. Worse than any of the non-underwired 'comfort' bras I've bought before. For me, these have been a waste of money. Such a pity as they promised far more than they delivered.

They don’t even deserve one star - AVOID!!
They don’t even deserve one star. Goods are cheaply made and drop-shipped. They say that they are a London based company, but goods come from China and returns are sent to a warehouse in Sheffield that deals with multiple companies returns. They are not the bras advertised, they are a cheap imitation, and when you try to return them you are met with obstacle after obstacle. Company is a scam. I finally managed to get a 75% refund, but they refused to refund me in full. Even though I am legally entitled to that. I had to pay to return them, fully tracked. And they kept £10 of my original purchase cost for their ‘international shipping’ costs which according to them I am liable for, even though this is not mentioned in their policy, only that they ‘may’ charge you. So in theory, if every single person that bought these bras returned them this company would keep £10 per person, have all their crappy stock back, but still make a good profit! I’m sure this must be illegal! I also do not believe any of the good reviews on here are honest. According to their ads on Instagram they have 1,500 happy customers, but yet no likes or comments on Instagram. Where are all these happy people then?
I cannot stress enough that this is a scam company selling very cheap goods for inflated prices with false advertising.

Good fit, very supportive- true to size as recommended on site size guide. I never wear wired bras or bras with back fasteners as I find they pinch and are very uncomfortable- this is one of the best wireless I’ve tried. Shipping a little slow otherwise all good

Very comfortable
I ordered to of the non-underwire bras. I love them. They give me the support i need and are comfortable. I wear it everyday. I'm excited to try their other bras as well. I can't comment on customer service because i didn't have to contact them, but the company has reached out to say they are happy i am happy with the bras.

Bras not as described, won’t refund!
The bras were NOT as described so I returned them. What followed was a lengthy email exchange where they denied false advertising, offered me a different size which I did not want, refused to give me a refund, finally agreed to a PARTIAL refund minus ten quid shipping (? I paid to have it shipped tracked and recorded) and now they have the bras and have still not refunded my money because I have to prove I sent it. No retailer has ever before needed proof of posting to give a refund.
They have the bras AND my money.
Avoid!!!!!

I bought 2 bras that where 1 size to small I emailed them to ask for return address so I could change to the next size was emailed back saying they would replace mine at no charge to me and I could keep the others to pass on to someone that they would fit.
I have now got my new size and they feel amazing I will definitely be buying some more in every color that they have super comfortable I couldn’t be happier

I did a charge back on my credit card when customer support kept asking me for CREEPY stuff, like a picture of my front door (so they can scam others most likely!) This place should be illegal

I ordered two bras, both larger than the recommended size. They are ridiculously small. The fabric is horrific. They are made in china and priced up in a lovely shiny website.
They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee and they are currently trying to deny me a refund because they apparently don’t refund for wrong sizing.

They’re ok
They’re ok. They took almost 2 full weeks to get here, ordered Jan 10, arrived Jan 23. Too much packaging, each bra in a bag, in a bag, in the package. Fit is too tight for my size range (L) and they squish things into an unnatural shape. Maybe if I had sized up more they would’ve fit better but how would anyone know to do that. The centre line of stitches which appears to sit flush with the body on the website, does not do so and is just some ruching. Luckily I didn’t pay TOO much for them…but it was still money spent and the only upshot is I’m going to give them to a friend, otherwise this purchase would be a total loss.
