Terrible customer service. I have lost almost $500 in taxes that they refused to help or refund to me despite many emails and follow ups from local customs advised me that the merchant (Moda) should be initiating the process for customers. Their lack of interest in helping is truly awful.

I don't normally write reviews, but I know many people who might not have shopped with them before and are looking for inputs of those who have.

I placed my order on 5/12/2024, shipped on 5/15/2024, and I received it on 5/20/2024.

I had no issues with my Roger Vivier shoes. They're authentic. I knew my size in that brand and these fit as expected. It came with its original box and dust bags. Return instructions were included, just in case. (Item has to be in the same new and unused condition, etc. Pretty standard.). Anyway, everything was packed well and I am happy with my shoes and the transaction.

I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. I'm really grateful I found these shoes that were already sold out (in my size) everywhere.

I have been waiting 9 days and have yet to get my refund. I preordered a beautiful dress that didn’t work for me I returned the same day. They received the dress and said it was inspected and I will be receiving a refund. I have called 3 times and still no refund.
I am sure I will get my money back but what takes so long? Dior, Gucci, MyTheresa all refund so promptly.

They canceled my order without giving any reason. They did not even send me an email that the order has been canceled. Never have I seen such blatant disrespect.

I purchased the CModa fashion app and I was to judge the product. It was to pay 100.00 for your time and opinion. The it went to 50.00 a day with at additional charge double points which doesn’t allow access. Today it locked me out saying I was going to fast and haven’t even started yet. Also, the included your not being honest as a reason not to continue paying. I am so close to the $3000.00. I knew that something was going to happen to prevent me from reaching the goal. Very hurt that they are not behaving truthfully at my expense. I have been very committed and consistent in my opinion and completely honest.

For now I give them 1 star. I placed an order and the money were taken from by bank, only to discover after 2 days that they requested to Fedex to send back the shipment to their warehouse. This is unacceptable. Sent them different emails, now I wait if someone gets back to me on Tuesday. Why they would do this, I have no clue, as long as I get my money back.

Awful customer service. They literally sent me a damaged bikini bottom (which I paid +$200 for) and was expected to pay the shipping fees to return. I Have emailed them 3 separate times over the last 2 WEEKS requesting a prepaid shipping label and there has been NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

First time ordering. Had to return the item because it did not fit. They put the item back on their website 5 days ago but I have not only NOT gotten my refund but I have not even received an email confirming my refund. I called yesterday and they stated that the refund email would be sent by end of yesterday. No such email! Customer service is questionable. will never order from them again!

Checkout price was different than what was charged to my card!

I purchased a dress for what should have been $586 but was charged $688. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no one will respond. Fraud.

I have been refunded

I wish I read the reviews before making the order. Item received was not what I thought it was, pair of The Row sandals which I saw and tried previously. Model that I received was different, stiff leather and fabric lining. Only after requesting return I found out that import duties are not returned! Why? I have ordered previously from US and with DDP paid you get duties refunded with any other retailer. I obviously don’t mind paying for shipping cost even though they are quite high, but this feels as rip off.
Would not be ordering again.

I’ll be completely honest, I made a huge mistake by accidentally putting in the wrong email and contact number through my Apple Pay. It was a disaster for me since there was no way of knowing my tracking number. I panicked and started searching for their customer support and came across this page. I’ve read the bad reviews and worried that my issue would not be resolved. Thankfully, my fiancé called them and was assisted IMMEDIATELY. And so far, everything by has been resolved! I’m beyond grateful for the support and would like to extend my gratitude to Jermaine for his assistance. I now have everything sorted out, all that’s left is to receive my order. I’ll update my review as soon as I do, but so far everything is going smoothly.

The company has the most horrible customer service i ever experienced
The company is illegally making a profit on taxes returned by European governments withholding and refusing to pay back to the customer who actually paid the duties and taxes
I highly recommend that no one ever buys from this site ever again !

I bought these earrings from the site. I got them today and they are VERY heavy. I want to return them and they said I could only get a store credit. I asked them to make an exception b/c of the weight, and they said no. I wish they put the weight of these earrings on the description. I would NOT recommend them, as the return policy is not user friendly.

Horrible customer service. I had a promotional gift card and ordered before the expiration date; however, a pair of $225 sandals I returned (stupidly) thinking I would get a site credit. I had sent back with the preaddressed label to them, saw it delivered, so I called to see why I didn't have the credit. After speaking with Adancia, she said because it was an AMEX promotional card, they wouldn't give a site credit. I asked if I could have the sandals and other item I returned sent back. She said no. I then wrote an email to customer care and Adancia responded saying a manager would call within 24 hours. Didn't get a call of course. There was also nothing in the fine print stating that you wouldn't get a credit if you returned. I called AMEX to give them feedback and said they should reconsider if they think about doing a promo with Moda again. What a shame MO has such terrible service because the point of promos is that the company hopes you spend more money with them, which I would have (since I was looking at more expensive items to purchase than the sandals); but now I will never use this site again.

I have an issue with a refund to a card that does not exist and there has been no one that has solved my problem

Do not shop with this company! I placed an order, they charged my credit card the full amount. Then in the middle of the shipping process, they decided to cancel the order without giving any reason, and requested the shipping company to return the shipment back to them before it was delivered. But they refuse to refund my payment and their excuse is because they need to wait for their package to arrive first. They cancelled the order, the recalled the shipment, is their decision not mine, but they’re holding my money (a large amount) as if I cancelled the order. Totally unethical, unprofessional, they run this business like a scam. I still have not got my money back. Do not order with this site.

Attempted to buy an item for christmas, early November. Initial email did not contain shipping date. Order on site stated that it would ship a few days into December. When I contacted them to confirm the date, they actually said it was December 15th that the order would ship. Terrible experience. Will not shop there again.

MO's package theft policy is misleading and detrimental to customers. My stolen package claim was denied by MO, with the blame shifted to me despite clear evidence. Abby from customer support was evasive about policy details.

The delivery driver failed to notify us, and I have video proof of improper delivery and theft. FedEx made an error, but MO penalized the customer.

After my disappointing first experience, I will no longer purchase from MO. Their response was to "file a police report" without further assistance. They claimed their policy only covers theft during transit, ignoring evidence of incorrect delivery.

I'm awaiting a response from management before filing a chargeback, but based on other reviews, MO seems uninterested in resolving package issues. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered. Avoid this company.

After back and forth dispute about whether my orders were delivered or not. Initially I was refused a refund. My very first purchase were Prada sneakers that was dead stock everywhere so I ordered them here. Received them( it was a signature based package- that was not signed by me back by another recipient but nevertheless I got the package because it was sitting on my door step because fedex signed for it without my authorization why I was not home) I sent it back because they were too small.
Purchased two more item and never received them. I called to inform the company so they could follow up with fedex. I spoke with 2 different managers who insisted I look at the Q&A page about shipping.
They stated they were unable to give me a refund because the proof of delivery was successful. Given in fact that the last package was signed by a complete different individual. I guess they think fedex don't make mistakes. I followed up with fedex my self and fedex told me that they did not opt into starting a missing package claim.(FYI: even if the proof of delivery says successful Fedex will open up a missing package claim ONLY BY THE SHIPPER) So they were refusing to issue me my money back and file the claim.
I contacted them very Politely in the beginning, however, my patience gotten really thin because every time I was told someone would reach back out to me within 24-48; would turn out to be a week with the same disappointment. I was on the managers time. They are Fradulent and you have to down right use profane language for someone to take you serious. They closed my account but they could have saved theirselves the time because I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRADULENT SITE AGAIN! Please be aware the customer service reps are rude, lazy and down right useless. Avoid shopping here at all cost you will not get refunded for a missing package regardless of what you say.
