MocoQueen saved my haunting season
MocoQueen saved my haunting season! I had ordered through a different company, that company cancelled my order without telling me, and MocoQueen's customer service was top notch! I had sent an email inquiring about the speed of the process, stating I'm not a Karen and just want a realistic answer and I explained the situation. Not only did they walk me through their process they also reached out to USPS on my behalf. My order got here earlier than originally scheduled. Also, loved the contacts!

Best Costume Contacts
Received my order promptly, and the mystery box I ordered followed my request perfectly! Love the contacts I ordered, they're comfy, came in time for Halloween, and lasted me through two nights easily and made both costumes very cute and spooky.

My personal experience with MocoQueen
I want to share my personal experience with the contact lenses I purchased from MocoQueen. After using them, I experienced a very strong eye reaction that, in my case, appeared with symptoms similar to an allergy and conjunctivitis. My vision was compromised for two days, and the pain was so intense that I couldn’t sleep for about 24 hours. It was an extremely unpleasant and unsettling situation.
When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, I also attached photos clearly showing the issue I had experienced. Despite this, the only compensation they offered was $50, which I personally found disproportionate considering the discomfort and recovery time I went through.
This is my experience, shared in the hope that it may help others make a more informed decision.
