Fair assessment of phone and quick payment. I would definitely use them again.

The entire process was extremely simple and very fast, way easier then trying to sell your phone to mobile guru then on other platforms.
From device being received - payment was made next day.
Very happy and will use again.

I was a bit worried at first about selling both our mobiles but we thought we would take the plunge and we are so happy we did - everything was so easy right from putting phone details into their application - we received a printable reply post label, sent it off and we got a message from Mobile Guru the next day - then they reviewed our phones and gave us the option on the friday to accept or decline the offer, and the $440 for both phones was in our account by the tuesday - very happy and will definitely use Mobile Guru again 👍

so trustable and genuine company, I got money as they told..

The Mobile Guru buy back service was amazing everything is explain on the page on the purchased of your phone and the process that it goes through, certainly 5 star business, will recommend to family and friends

Great experience, comprehensive service. Easay to deal with. Will use again!

I had some anxiety about sending my phone away for assessment but there was nothing to worry about. I had $650 in my account 72 hours later, absolutely no issues. Can’t recommend the service enough.

Seamless super easy process, exactly as promised! Would recommend to anyone 😁

I am very impressed with the service received from Mobile Guru. I decided to go with the self post option as I was interstate and opt for a payment into my bank account. They sent me the print label for Express Post to them straight away and I sent them the phone immediately. It took 1 day to reach them and they evaluated itstraight away. The buy back price that they offered me was very reasonable and fair so I decided to go ahead with the sale. They then processed my payment and I received it the same day. I highly recommend Mobile Guru to recycle your mobile phones and I Trust them 100% Try them, you won't be disappointed. Two thumbs up indubitably 👍👍

I've used Mobile Guru a few times now and always had a great experience. Their trade-in prices for used phones are very fair, and the process is smooth and easy. Service is professional and quick — I received my payment promptly each time. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell or trade in your phone!

Website easy to use and quote for purchase higher than others I googled. Quick response once product was sent and reasonable quote/purchase was made. Recommend and will use site again.

Overall it was a quick and easy experience and I would definitely use again and recommend. I didn’t get the amount predicted but still a decent amount for a simple task!

This is the second time I have used Mobile Guru to trade in my old device. Experience was seamless, with clear communication throughout the process. Funds were received within 48 hours of them receiving the device.
