Contacted mobile guru about selling an iPhone. Was a seamless experience. They were very efficient. We agreed on a price and I had the money in my account an hour after I replied to their email. Would certainly recommend them

Very disappointed, I mistakenly sent in a phone i had not yet created an order for. Upon realising, I of course contacted Mobileguru. 10days later and 4+ emails about this issue have gone completely unanswered.
I am a regular customer and find it very unprofessional that every email has been completely ignored. Not even a 'we'll look into it' makes me very suspicious. I have provided all the revelant information such as tracking and imei for them to easily check. As a long time customer I hate to have to write a bad review, but I am hoping this will get me a response

The quickest way to sell your mobile! The process was very simple, fair pricing, they organize the shipping label, and once you posted it, it only took 2-3 days for the payment to arrive in your nominated bank account. Very recommended!

Such an easy experience. I had 2 phones that I'd been looking to sell, and just filled in the info about the state of the phone and got the expres postage label. Was only a few days between when I sent it to when the money was in my account. Super easy and good pricing!

I recently sold my iPhone through Mobile Guru and found them to be professional, easy to deal with, and responsive throughout the process. There was a minor issue with the initial device assessment, but their team handled it promptly and fairly, which I really appreciated. They were helpful in sorting everything out, and the payment was processed quickly. Overall, a positive experience — I have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you, Mobile Guru!

Genuine Sale and received payment on time

Mobile Guru were so easy to use. They gave me the best price for my phone. Were easy to contact when I had a question during the transaction and paid out as soon as I replied to the offer email. I have already recommended them to my son who is going to use them soon.

Very easy process. Highest price I could find for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Cash was paid promptly.

Sold my iPhone 16 pro for a really good price. Much more than Apple offers and lot better than other retailers out there. Used the reply prepaid free AU post, speed post with tracking option they have and the phone reached Mobile Guru within 2 days. They acknowledged receipt immediately and the phone test and funds transfer as per the original quote happened within 24 hours. Great experience, would definitely recommend!!

I am extremely happy with how the sale of my i phone went. I was a little nervous sending it away but the communication, free express postage and prompt payment all went smoothly.

I recently sold my iPhone to Mobile Guru. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other retailers, and the process was super easy. I filled out the online form and promptly received an email with an AusPost express post label. After posting it, my phone was delivered to Mobile Guru the next day. I then received confirmation of receipt and a payout offer. I noticed the quote for my phone was $10 higher than my original quote on their website. When I mentioned this to the sales team, they honored the higher price for my payout. Overall, it was a very positive experience, very efficient service, and I would highly recommend them if you're considering selling your phone.

I recently sold my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Mobile Guru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly fast. As soon as I completed the sale, I received my payment without any delay. It’s rare to find a company that’s both trustworthy and efficient, but Mobile Guru really delivered. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sell their device quickly and safely!
