Besvarelse fra Mobile-Mate
Dear Minerva,
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase.
Please note that our website includes multiple images showing all angles of the product. This includes a graphic stating that the bumper panel does not include a built-in screen protector, as our customers have indicated a preference for using their own adhesive protectors for better touch responsiveness.
If you would like to return the item for a refund of the purchase price, please send it back in its original condition to the address listed on your invoice. Please include your invoice or order number to ensure we can identify your return and promptly process your refund.
Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Mobile-Mate Sales Team
