A company of SCAMMERS.
The service for Prestashop was awful, with lots of problems. After I see it applied to my web, everything looked like made by amateurs, So I asked them for a refund ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN POLICIES.
THEY REFUSED IT, EVEN WHEN I WAS AT THE FIRST 30 DAYS of the purchase.
DON'T EVER BUY A SERVICE FROM THAT COMPANY.
THEY EVEN FORCED ME TO SAY THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM IF I WANTED A INVOICE (!!!!!!!)
They are SCAMMERS, I LOST more than 800€. EIGHT, HUNDRED, EUROS. That I will never see again, for an awful service that I will NEVER use.
You have no idea on how disappointed I am with this company.
Do not be fooled by them. You'll be scammed like many others before me.

This is a BAD company. Do no waste your money like we have and lost everything!
Do not give this mobicommerce any money, they will trick you with discount overs and good sounding deals, At the end our $1400.00 dollars have been flushed down the toiled and we have nothing ZERO to show for it. Their system is absolute garbage and you can't look at it unless you buy all the different devices on the market. There is no assistance from them in confirming all the different formats they ask you to buy all the different devices, Also by the way you are doing all the work, not them. So unless you have a development team to implement their bad system, you lost big time. Of course they don't tell you any of that upfront. Their customer support is not support at all, they only have one answer and they repeat it until you finally realize these people are stupid or they are running a cone job. We finally gave up as communication with these Indian people was going around in circles over weeks and always ended up exactly where it stared, no solutions nothing! Complete waste of time and money. We finally had to cut our loses as we they delivered nothing and communication with them was a complete nightmare. Stay away from Indian mobile solutions companies these people either act dump or are very smart con artists which work YOU into the dirt until you give up. We have no working version as we where promised and the whole thing was a bitter realization that we were had by Indian con artists! I'm spreading the word about mobicommerce on scam alert and where ever I can, At least I can warn others as our money is lost, as they refuse to refund. Their scam is like this, they refuse to refund, because we couldn't meet their requirements! LOL! What a joke, Clear on job! Whenever you read or hear mobicommerce, move on as quickly as possible and don't sent them any money no matter how good the deal sounds. Unless you want to throw your money right out the window.

With regards to your project cost (1441 USD) refund, we have approved your refund through PayPal, please refer this Case ID PP-004-998-603-721 on your PayPal account now your credit card issuer will share final update.
We would also like to clarify that, during the project delivery we have not received enough cooperation and technical understanding for the same from your end. As per our agreed work scope, we completed the job and provided you mobile app for your final review to be published. But unfortunately we neither got your formal approval to publish the application nor single issue related to our product reported by you.
We are abide to fulfill every commitment which we have done before sign up with you.
Today also we are open to hear from you if you have any open issue related to our commitment or mobile app.
So far below objection you raised by email and we tried our best to satisfy you:
1) Demo Got Expired: Yes our demo app is for always limited time, we need client final approval to build final deliverable and publishable deliverables. Until we don’t receive approval we can’t build final deliverables, as it is our automated process. We educated you multiple time about our process, We provide Mobile App creation platform which is controlled through some automated process for security reason.
2) App Screenshot of the app instead of review the App real time: We were requesting you to check your mobile app on any available Android or iOS devices (at least one single device) and provide us your feedback or concern. But we were not able to receive any single review feedback, instead you were demanding app screen shots only for your review. App approval based on just its screen shots is not recommendable as per industry standard.
Because we at MobiCommerce aim to fulfill client requirements diligently, just to share it with you MobiCommerce has got a 4.9 rank out of 5.0 on Magento Commerce from several clients, please refer this link:

It would be great if the whole app is native, not hybrid. Graphics can be improved. Having project coordinator makes it a vastly better experience. Project coordinator saves the day.
