Hi Thembi. The only thing in your shower room that’s new is the pipe work which I highly doubt is bursting apart, the leak that you did have from installation is from the second hand shower you purchased from Facebook marketplace. I suspect that to be leaking still and was probably sold on Facebook due to bad reviews about that particular shower leaking. The shower unit, base, tiles, grout, adhesive, toilet, sink were all purchased off Facebook market place apart from the adhesive and grout which you had left over from something else. I did advise on new adhesive and grout but you wanted to save the money and said the stuff you had was fine. It also turned out the toilet you purchased was two separate parts, the cistern not matching the pan so we had buy a new toilet. The reason you can’t get hold of me is because you sent me messages on WhatsApp calling me a chancer and a cowboy and on other previous jobs have sent me insulting messages which if I could post on here for everyone to see I would! I’ve had enough over our several projects together and I can’t be dealing with it anymore. One of your messages you said you were going to cut me off so I saved you the hassle and I did just that! Perhaps email me Thembi, over these issues you have rather than leaving a one star review to get my attention. That is not fair. At the end of the day, yet again by you, I’m being blamed for bad workmanship when there isn’t anything wrong with my workmanship, the problem is a client who wants to reuse products, not pay for extra works which need doing to cut costs, rather than listening to the tradesman who’s being doing this for years and who’s experience you’re paying for. Then when it backfires, leaves a bad review rather than dropping me an email. Hope you do email me and we can resolve this but I won’t take being called names again, not from you or anyone! And I’m certainly not going to stand for having a bad review from something that isn’t my fault!
Appreciate the edited review Thembi, like I suggested email me and we’ll go from there. Surely if there was any issues the first thing to do is to contact the tradesman and after the messages you sent me and nonsense I had from you I blocked you. You have my email address so email away rather than causing a nonsense argument on trust pilot.
