FRAUD ALERT: Sells Fake Plastic Cases Advertised as "Genuine Leather" — Zero Customer Support
Do not trust this company. They are engaging in blatant fraudulent misrepresentation of their products. I ordered two watch cases from their website, which were explicitly advertised and described as "premium genuine leather." When the package arrived, it was immediately obvious that the item is made of cheap, synthetic faux material/plastic. The product clearly features their branding, so there is no mistake about where it came from. When I realized I had been scammed, I immediately tried to contact their customer care team to arrange a return and refund. They are now completely ghosting me and refusing to reply to any of my emails. I have kept full documentation of this fraud—including screenshots of the website's leather description, photos of the cheap synthetic product they actually delivered, and records of my unanswered emails. Since they refuse to communicate privately, I am filing a formal dispute for merchandise not as described, as well as reporting them to the consumer protection authorities. Save your money and avoid this scam website. They do not deliver what they advertise.
